Abstract

Salah satu jenis penyakit pada wanita yang mengakibatkan angka kematian ialah kanker payudara. Kanker payudara merupakan kondisi dimana sel-sel payudara tidak normal tumbuh tanpa terkendali dan membentuk tumor. Apabila tidak diawasi, tumor tersebut dapat menyebar ke seluruh tubuh dan dapat berakibat fatal. Hingga saat ini, terdapat beberapa terapi yang biasa diberikan untuk pengobatan kanker payudara salah satunya terapi sistemik mencakup terapi hormonal, terapi kemo, terapi immuno, komplementer dan terapi target. Salah satu pengobatan kanker payudara ialah terapi target yang merupakan jenis pengobatan kanker yang hanya efektif pada target kanker yang sesuai menggunakan obat-obatan atau zat lain secara tepat atau spesifik mempengaruhi dan menyerang jenis sel kanker yang tidak normal. Dalam mengidentifikasi kanker payudara, salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan ialah melalui biomarker yang dapat membantu dalam diagnosis, prognosis dan memprediksi kanker payudara dengan tujuan menentukan pengobatan yang tepat. Meskipun telah banyak terapi yang tersedia, belum ada gambaran yang jelas mengenai keberhasilan target terapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain restrospektif bersifat observasional kepada pasien kanker payudara metastasis yang diambil melalui medical record pada periode 01 Januari 2021 sampai 31 Desember 2023. Data diolah dalam bentuk tabel dan diagram kemudian dianalisa secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasien paling banyak yang digunakan ialah kemoterapi berdasarkan subtipe kanker payudara metastasis diperoleh TNBC (81%), Luminal A (68%), HER2+ (57%) dan Luminal B (53%) / One type of disease in women that causes mortality is breast cancer. Breast cancer is a condition where abnormal breast cells grow uncontrollably and form tumors. If left unchecked, these tumors can spread throughout the body and can be fatal. Until now, there are several therapies commonly given for the treatment of breast cancer, one of which is systemic therapy including hormonal therapy, chemo therapy, immuno therapy, complementary and targeted therapy. One of the breast cancer treatments is target therapy which is a type of cancer treatment that is only effective on the appropriate cancer target using drugs or other substances that precisely or specifically affect and attack abnormal types of cancer cells. In identifying breast cancer, one method that can be used is through biomarkers that can help in the diagnosis, prognosis and prediction of breast cancer with the aim of determining the right treatment. Although many therapies are available, there is no clear picture of the success of the target therapy. This study uses an observational restrospective design for metastatic breast cancer patients taken through medical records in the period January 01, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Data were processed in the form of tables and diagrams and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the most used chemotherapy for patients based on the subtype of metastatic breast cancer was TNBC (81%), Luminal A (68%), HER2+ (57%) and Luminal B (53%)
