Abstract

Fluor albus is a problem that is oftenfound in women. Daily use of panty liner is a predisposing factor of pathological /luor albus. This paper revietvs the corcelation between the use ofpanty liner andfluor albus. The aims of this study were to analyze the effect of daily panty liner use as a risk factor oflluor albus. This research is done by using cross-sectional method. Study population is students of Universitas Pelita Harapan Faculty of Nursery. Sample size calculation was done using the categorical comparative analytical formula and a result 46 samples were obtained for each population. Questionnaire was used in this research. Statistical analysis is done by using the SPSS 22.0 program with Chi Square method. Bivariate analysis on 92 respondents revealed that there is a significant association between the usage of panty liner and fluor albus (p value <0.05). Based on bivariate analysis panty liner material is not related to Jluor albus (p value >0.05) / Keputihan merupakan masalah yang sering ditemukan pada wanita. Penggunaan panty liner sehari-hari dapat menjadi faktor predisposisi keputihan yang patologis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan korelasi antara pengaruh penggunaan panty liner terhadap risiko terjadinya keputihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan panty liner sebagai salah satu falctor risiko terjadinya keputihan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode potong lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswi Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Pelita Harapan. Jumlah sampel penelitian dihitung menggunakan rumus analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan, dengan hasil sebanyak 46 sampel untuk setiap populasi. Bahan yang akan digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Analisis statistik akan dilakukan dengan program SPSS 22.0 dengan metode Chi Square. Hasil analisis bivariat dari 92 responden menyatakan bahwa penggunaan panty liner memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan keputihan (1t value < 0.05). Berdasarkan analisis bivariat, jenis panty liner tidak herhubungan terhadap terjadinya keputihan Qt value >0. 05).
