Abstract

Industri persalonan dan kecantikan sangat berpengaruh di dunia saat ini dimana persaingan yang sangat meningkat. Dengan dukungan sosial media persaingan ini terus menerus meningkat. Disinilah bagaimana peran marketing public relations dalam membangun citra perusahaan agar dapat mendapat kepercayaan dari masyarakat, salah satunya dengan metode celebrity endorse. Persaingan yang meningkat ini membuat perusahaan semakin berusaha dalam membangun citra perusahaan, di zaman sekarang ini sosial media merupakan tempat dimana terwujudnya tujuan yaitu dengan promosi sehingga masyarakat dapat mengenal perusahaan. / The salon and beauty industry is very influential in today's world where competition is greatly increasing. With the support of social media, this competition continues to increase. This is the role of marketing public relations in building a company's image so that it can gain the trust of the public, one of which is the celebrity endorsement method. This increasing competition makes companies increasingly try to build their company image. In this day and age, social media is a place where goals can be realized, namely through promotion so that people can get to know the company
