Abstract

Solidaritas merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan kelompok atau komunitas. Salah satunya adalah pada komunitas suporter Persikota. Solidaritas yang dimiliki oleh para anggota suporter Persikota memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan klub. Tetapi, terjadi perpecahan pada kelompok suporter Persikota ini karena budaya kelompok. Suporter Persikota ini terpecah menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu, Curva Nord, Ultras Semau Gue, Benteng Mania. Peneliti memfokuskan penelitian pada 3 sub Suporter Persikota. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati pola komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Suporter Persikota untuk menjaga solidaritas kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualititaif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa masing-masing kelompok memiliki cara tersendiri dalam kondisi kelompok untuk mendorong solidaritas yang tinggi. Seperti, benteng mania selalu melakukan perkumpulan dan membuat grup di sosial media whatsaap sebagai sarana komunikasi, usg juga selalu mengadakan perkumpulan dengan mengadakan kegiatan futsal atau fun football setiap bulan sekali, dan curva nord mengadakan perkumpulan seperti kopdar langsung. Masing-masing cara kelompok tersebut telah berkaitan dengan salah satu asumsi teori groupthink. Jadi bisa disimpulkan bahwa ketiga kelompok tersebut menggunakan teori pemikiran kelompok (groupthink) dengan efesien./Solidarity is one of the most important things for the development of a group or community. One of them is the Persikota supporters community. The solidarity possessed by members of the Persikota supporters has a positive impact on the development of the club. However, there was a split in this Persikota supporters group due to group culture. Persikota supporters are divided into 3 groups, namely, Curva Nord, Ultras Semau Gue, Benteng Mania. Researchers focused on research on 3 Persikota supporters. The purpose of this study was to observe the communication patterns carried out by Persikota Supporters to maintain group solidarity. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. To collect data, researchers used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. From the results of data analysis, it was found that each group has its own way in group conditions to encourage high solidarity. For example, benteng mania always holds gatherings and creates groups on social media whatsaap as a means of communication, usg also always holds gatherings by holding futsal or fun football activities once a month, and curva nord holds gatherings such as direct copdar. Each of these group methods has been related to one of the assumptions of groupthink theory. So it can be concluded that the three groups use groupthink theory.
