Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan penyakit yang menyerang saluran pernapasan. ISPA sangat mudah menular pada kelompok bayi, balita, dan lansia. WHO menyatakan pada tahun 2016 angka kejadian penyakit ISPA akut pada balita masuk tingkat dunia antara 15-20%, angka kejadian ISPA di negara Indonesia mencapai 151 juta jiwa pertahun. Salah satu yang berisiko tinggi terkena ISPA adalah pediatrik berusia di bawah dua tahun karena dapat mengalami penurunan daya tahan tubuh. Drug Related Problems (DRPs) adalah merupakan masalah terapi obat yang dapat terjadi ketika terjadi interaksi obat, kesalahan dosis, reaksi obat yang tidak diinginkan, dan kurangnya ketepatan dalam mengkonsumsi obat. Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi DRPs obat ISPA pasien pediatrik rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang periode 1 Januari – 31 Maret 2023. Penelitian observasional mengambil data rekam medis dan resep obat pasien pediatrik dengan diagnosis penyakit ISPA rawat jalan BPJS di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang, provinsi Banten. Secara retrospektif dilanjutkan dengan analasis menggunakan klasifikasi DRPs menurut Cipolle 2004. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh DRPs yang terjadi pada kategori kebutuhan terapi obat tambahan sebanyak 13 kejadian dengan persentase (18,84%), kategori dosis tinggi sebanyak 18 kejadian dengan persentase (26,09%), dan kategori dosis rendah sebanyak 38 kejadian dengan persentase (55,07%). dan kategori obat tidak perlu tidak terjadi DRPs. / Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract. ISPA is very easily transmitted to babies, toddlers and the elderly. WHO stated that in 2016 the incidence of acute ARI in children under five was at world level between 15-20%, the incidence of ARI in Indonesia reached 151 million people per year. One of those who are at high risk of getting ARI is children aged under two years because they can experience a decrease in their immune system. Drug Related Problems (DRPs) are drug therapy problems that can occur when there are drug interactions, dosage errors, unwanted drug reactions, and lack of accuracy in taking drugs. This research was to identify DRPs for ARI drugs for outpatient pediatric patients at the Tangerang City Regional General Hospital for the period January 1 – March 31 2023. Observational research took medical record data and drug prescriptions for pediatric patients diagnosed with BPJS outpatient ARI at the Tangerang City Regional General Hospital, Banten province. Retrospectively, this was followed by analysis using the classification of DRPs according to Cipolle 2004. The results of this study showed that DRPs occurred in the category of need for additional drug therapy as many as 13 events with a percentage of (18.84%), in the high dose category there were 18 events with a percentage of (26.09%), and the low dose category had 38 incidents with a percentage of (55.07%). and the unnecessary drug category does not occur DRPs.
