Abstract

Perekrutan dan penilaian karyawan merupakan hal penting di dalam perusahaan. Perekrutan merupakan suatu langkah awal dari perusahaan untuk mendapatkan karyawan yang harus diseleksi dengan baik agar mendapatkan karyawan yang berkualitas dan potensial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Penilaian karyawan merupakan suatu sistem yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi karyawan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Saat ini di PT.XYZ, sistem perekrutan dan penilaian karyawan sebagian besar menggunakan cara manual yang menyebabkan mudah terjadinya kesalahan, kecurangan serta, tidak adil dalam mengambil keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menunjang keputusan dalam perekrutan karyawan yang dapat menganalisis pelamar sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan perusahaan serta penilaian karyawan yang terkomputerisasi. Pembangunan aplikasi perekrutan dan penilaian karyawan berbasis web ini menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode prototyping. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi dimodelkan dalam UML versi 2.4, yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram. Dalam sistem perekrutan di aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk melakukan seleksi terhadap pelamar yang masuk berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu IPK, jenjang pendidikan, jurusan, dan pengalaman kerja. Pada akhir penelitian ini, hasil yang didapatkan adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses perekrutan dan penilaian di PT. XYZ. / Employee recruitment and performance appraisal are essential in a company. Recruitment is the first step of a company to recruit qualified and potential employees whom are expected to meet company’s needs through thorough selections. Employee performance appraisal is a system that aims to evaluate employee performance in achieving company’s goals. Currently, at PT.XYZ employee recruitment and performance appraisal systems are mostly done manually which prone to mistakes, fouls and unfair decisions. Therefore, an application that can support decisions in employee recruitment that can analyze applicants in accordance with the criteria required by the company as well as computerized employee performance appraisal is desirable. The development of this recruitment and performance appraisal web-based application uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) system methodologies with prototyping method. The application development is modelled in UML version 2.4, use of case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. The recruitment system in this application uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which selects applicants based on several criteria including GPA, education level, major and work experience. At the end of this study, a web-based application that can simplify and accelerate the process of recruitment and performance appraisal at PT. XYZ is achieved.
