Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui makna panggilan dalam pelayanan dari kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan dengan melakukan analisa mendalam menggunakan kerangka Tiga Lensa Panggilan. Penggalian makna panggilan dalam pelayanan dari kerangka Tiga Lensa Panggilan terintegrasi dalam tiga lensa yaitu Leadership Calling (LC), Leadership Journey (LJ) dan Leadership Model (LM) yang akan dirangkaikan maknanya secara utuh, komprehensif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Grounded Theory (GT) yang berfokus untuk melakukan eksplorasi (exploratory) dari makna panggilan dalam pelayanan dalam kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh 15 (lima belas) pendeta perempuan yang melayani pada lembaga Kristen di seluruh Indonesia dengan total jumlah partisipan 31 orang termasuk pimpinan langsung dan jemaat atau rekan kerja dari pendeta perempuan. Penafsiran data-data dilakukan dengan melakukan eksplorasi dan diskusi dengan para pakar di bidangnya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan wawancara mendalam terhadap partisipan. Data dianalisa menggunakan software engineering (SE) N. Vivo dengan melakukan visual display cluster analysis dengan memakai word similarity dan coding similarity untuk mengolah hasil wawancara mendalam, informasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengolahan data dari software memberikan gambaran proses secara komprehensif makna panggilan dalam kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan yang terangkai dalam bingkai besar yaitu Tiga Lensa Panggilan. Hasil penelitian dari makna panggilan dalam kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan adalah Tiga Lensa Panggilan Kepemimpinan Pastoral-Feminis Partisipatif Pendeta Perempuan. Lensa Leadership Calling menggambarkan dasar panggilan dan sisi feminis dari kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan. Lensa Leadership Journey menggambarkan panggilan dalam semangat feminis dalam konteks ketidaksetaraan gender dan semangat inklusi dari kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan. Lensa Leadership Journey menggambarkan panggilan dalam semangat feminis dalam konteks ketidaksetaraan gender dan semangat inklusi dari kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan. Lensa Leadership Model menggambarkan panggilan dalam kepemimpinan pastoral yang tercermin dari empat model kepemimpinan dan kepemimpinan feminis partisipatif dari kepemimpinan pendeta perempuan. / This research aims to determine the meaning of vocation in ministry from the leadership of female pastors by conducting an in-depth analysis using the Three Lenses of Vocation framework. Exploring the meaning of calling in service from the Three Lenses of Calling framework is integrated into three lenses, namely Leadership Calling (LC), Leadership Journey (LJ) and Leadership Model (LM) whose meaning will be integrated in a complete, comprehensive, and contextual manner. This research uses a qualitative research type with a Grounded Theory (GT) approach which focuses on conducting an exploration of the meaning of a call to ministry in leadership carried out by 15 (fifteen) female pastors who serve in Christian institutions throughout Indonesia with a total number of participants 31 people including direct leaders and congregations or colleagues of female pastors. Data interpretation is carried out by exploring and discussing with experts in the field. Data collection used semi-structured interviews and in-depth interviews with participants. The data was analyzed using N. Vivo engineering (SE) software by carrying out visual display cluster analysis using word similarity and coding similarity to process the results of in-depth interviews, information, and documentation. The results of data processing from the software provide a comprehensive picture of the process of the meaning of vocation in the leadership of female pastors which is arranged in a large frame, namely the Three Lenses of Vocation. The results of the research on the meaning of vocation in the leadership of women pastors are Three Lenses of Calling for Participatory Pastoral-Feminist Leadership for Women Pastors. The Leadership Calling lens describes the foundations of calling and the feminist side of women pastors' leadership. The Leadership Journey lens describes a calling in the feminist spirit in the context of gender inequality and the spirit of inclusion of women pastors' leadership. The Leadership Model lens describes a calling in pastoral leadership as reflected in four leadership models and participatory feminist leadership from the leadership of female pastors.
