Abstract

Perekrutan dan penyeleksian calon karyawan adalah proses yang tidak terpisahkan dan sangat penting di dalam sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari proses perekrutan dan penyeleksian calon karyawan adalah untuk memperoleh dan menempatkan orang-orang yang memiliki kualifikasi dalam bidang pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keahliannya sehingga prinsip the right man in the right place and time dapat terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penunjang keputusan yang dapat menganalisis pelamar kerja yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Metodologi yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan metode prototyping. Pengembangan aplikasi dimodelkan dengan diagram UML versi 2.4, yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan behavioral state machine diagram. Aplikasi menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process untuk membantu perusahaan mengambil keputusan dalam memilih pelamar kerja terbaik berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu jenjang pendidikan, universitas, IPK dan pengalaman kerja. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses perekrutan karyawan baru pada PT. XYZ dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan akhir sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Aplikasi front-end digunakan oleh pelamar kerja untuk mengajukan lamaran dengan mengisi data diri dan mengunggah sejumlah dokumen yang dibutuhkan serta untuk mengikuti psikotes. Aplikasi back-end digunakan oleh kepala divisi dan staf HRD untuk pertukaran data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses perekrutan karyawan baru. / Recruitment and selection of employee candidates is the process that cannot be separated and very important in a company. The purpose of recruitment and selection process of employee candidates is to acquire and put people who have the qualifications in the field of job in accordance with his expertise so that the principle of the right man in the right place and time can be met. Therefore, a decision support application that can analyze job applicants in accordance with criteria established by the company is required. The methodology used in this final project was a Rapid Application Development (RAD) with prototyping methods. The application development was modeled with diagrams of UML version, namely use case, activity, class, and behavioral state machine diagrams. This application uses Analytic Hierarchy Process method to help employer in decision making of choosing the best applicant based on several criteria, such as education level, university, GPA, and working experience. The result of this final project is a web-based decision support application that can help the new employee recruitment process at PT. XYZ with Analytic Hierarchy Process method. This method is used to support the final decision in accordance with the specified criteria. The front-end application is used by applicants to apply for a job by filling out the required information, uploading required document and take the psychological test. The back-end application is used by Head of Department and HRD staff to exchange data and information related to the process of new employee recruitment.
