Abstract
Siswa memiliki tingkat keaktifan yang beragam. Keaktifan yang beragam memengaruhi kelas berlangsung secara interaktif atau tidak. Pada konteks kelas, sekitar 20 siswa terlihat pasif dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari sikap kurang responsif dalam menanggapi perkataan yang disampaikan guru, sehingga pembelajaran yang terjadi menjadi tidak interaktif. Keaktifan di kelas dapat ditingkatkan melalui relasi, seperti pada proses reaksi kimia yang merefleksikan harmonisasi dan relasi. Manusia membentuk harmonisasi ketika berelasi dengan sesama sebagai cerminan karakter Kristus. Relasi yang baik antara guru dan siswa dapat membangun suasana interaktif di kelas. Dengan konteks kelas yang pasif, maka model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri yang menitikberatkan pada proses mencari, menemukan, dan menuntut siswa untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses belajar menjadi suatu alternatif. Melalui penerapan model ini, siswa berkembang menjadi lebih aktif dari sebelumnya dengan berani mengungkapkan pendapat pada proses pembelajaran reaksi kimia, akan tetapi terjadi penurunan hasil belajar pada asesmen formatif ulangan harian. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penulis masih kurang terampil dalam memenuhi kebutuhan individu siswa. Maka untuk perbaikan kedepannya, sangat disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan individu siswa secara cermat, mempersiapkan cara pengajaran praktis dari materi yang kompleks agar mudah dipahami oleh siswa, dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa yang berbeda. / Students have varying levels of activity. Various activities influence whether the class is interactive or not. In the classroom context, around 20 students appear passive in learning. This can be seen from a less responsive attitude in responding to the words conveyed by the teacher, so that the learning that occurs is not interactive. Activeness in the classroom can be increased through relationships, such as the chemical reaction process which reflects harmonization and relationships. Humans form harmony when they relate to others as a reflection of the character of Christ. Good relationships between teachers and students can build an interactive atmosphere in the classroom. With a passive classroom context, the inquiry-based learning model which focuses on the process of searching, finding, and requiring students to participate actively in the learning process becomes an alternative. Through the application of this model, students develop to be more active than before by daring to express opinions in the process of learning chemical reactions, however there is a decrease in learning outcomes in daily formative tests. In its implementation, the author is still less skilled in meeting individual student needs. So, for future improvements, it is highly recommended to pay more careful attention to individual student needs, prepare practical teaching methods for complex material so that students can easily understand it, and improve skills in designing differentiated learning that can meet students' different learning needs.
