Abstract

Perilaku individualis di kelas X-2 dapat dirasakaan dikarenakan pengaruh budaya lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi bagaimana siswa berinteraksi di lingkungan sekolah. Hal ini dapat diupayakan dalam pembelajaran menerapkan strategi yang tepat untuk mengurangi perilaku individual siswa, mahasiswa guru merancangkan pengajaran kedepannya dengan menerapkan metode inkuiri untuk membangun sikap kerja sama siswa dalam kelompok. Rancangan kelas model inkuiri dengan strategi kolaboratif dan penilaian individu dapat menolong siswa mengembangkan pemahaman lebih akan materi yang dipelajari. Sebab itu, guru memilih rancangan kelas dengan menerapkan model inkuiri dalam kelompok sebagai desain instruksional kelas. Model inkuiri adalah model pembelajaran yang memerlukan proses siswa dalam berpikir dan analisis mandiri untuk menemukan jawaban sendiri (Hadiyanti, 2022). Model inkuiri menuntun siswa sendiri yang diberikan peluang untuk mencari dan memecahkan jawaban. Dengan adanya pemahaman sepanjang hayat yakni setiap peristiwa sejarah ada karena dari kekekalan sudah dirancangkan oleh rencana-Nya. Indonesia mengalami proses sejarah masuknya pengaruh Hindu Buddha, manusia yang telah jatuh dalam dosa perlu memiliki respon dalam memilah pengaruh budaya yang sesuai dengan Firman Allah, Roh Kudus menuntun dan memampukan kita sebagai orang percaya untuk dapat menyeleksi pengaruh budaya yang telah masuk melalui (local genius) atau kecakapan istimewa yang telah Allah anugerahkan. Hasil belajar salah satu asesmen yang telah dirancang yaitu ulangan harian sebanyak 24 siswa menunjukkan 1 siswa mencapai nilai sempurna, 17 siswa mendapatkan nilai ≥75 dan 6 siswa mendapat nilai 50. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kekuatan kelas X-2 secara keseluruhan data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 18 siswa telah mampu memahami materi pembelajaran dan 6 siswa yang belum mampu memahami soal ulangan harian yang telah diancang. Rencana selanjutnya dalam pembelajaran murid memberikan pengalaman belajar dengan mencari sebanyak – banyaknya informasi agar siswa tidak hanya menjadi pembelajar yang pasif saja yakni menerapkan model inkuiri. Sehingga diperlukannya berbagai macam desain kelas yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa / Individualistic behavior in class X-2 can be felt because the influence of environmental culture can affect how students interact in the school environment. It can be pursued in learning to apply the right strategy to reduce students' individual behavior, student teachers design future teaching by applying the inquiry method to build students' cooperation attitude in groups. An inquiry model 2 classroom design with collaborative strategies and individual assessment can help students develop a greater understanding of the material being studied. Therefore, teachers choose the class design by applying the inquiry model in groups as the instructional design of the class. The inquiry model is a learning model that requires students' process of independent thinking and analysis to find their own answers. The inquiry model leads students themselves who are given the opportunity to find and solve answers. With a lifelong understanding that every historical event exists because from eternity it has been planned by His plan. Indonesia experienced a historical process of Hindu Buddhist influence, humans who have fallen into sin need to have a response in sorting out cultural influences that are in accordance with the Word of God, then with the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the human heart moves us as believers to be able to select culture through(local genius) or special skills that God has given. The learning results of these three categories of students represent the class because the data shows that out of 24 students 1 has a perfect score, 17 get a score ≥75 and 6 get a score of 50. Based on the results of analyzing the strength of class X-2 as a whole, the data shows that there are 18 students who understand and understand the daily test questions and 6 students who do not understand the daily test questions that the teacher has given. The next plan in student learning provides learning experiences by finding as much information so that students do not only become passive learners, namely applying the inquiry model. So that a variety of classroom designs are needed that suit the needs of students.
