Abstract

Efisiensi merupakan suatu hal yang krusial dalam suatu proses produksi, termasuk dalam industri penambangan. PT Batu Pastika Murti merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penambangan batu andesit. Berlokasi di daerah Bojonegara, Banten, PT Batu Pastika Murti memproduksi 4 produk utama yaitu batu split 2-3, split 1-2, split 1-1, dan abu batu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan activity breakdown kegiatan produksi yang berlangsung saat ini, tingkat efisiensi proses perusahaan berada di angka 53,33%. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan pemetaan Value Stream Mapping menunjukkan 55,72% aktivitas yang dilakukan tergolong sebagai value added activity sedangkan 44,28% lainnya tergolong sebagai non-value-added activities. Dari hasil FMEA, diperoleh tiga jenis waste dengan skor RPN tertinggi yaitu overproduction pada proses storage/inventory, serta motion dan waiting pada proses output storing. Usulan perbaikan diberikan dalam dua pendekatan. Usulan dalam rangka peningkatan efisiensi yang diberikan mencakup penambahan jumlah operator dan penggantian excavator serta dump truck dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar. Usulan terhadap situasi saat ini disimulasikan dengan menggunakan Flexsim untuk melihat berjalannya proses dari segi waktu siklus dan output yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, dilakukan berbagai analisis dan uji kelayakan ekonomi. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat dikatakan bahwa usulan yang diberikan berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi proses hingga ke angka 67,04%. Usulan dalam rangka meminimalisir waste berdasarkan hasil FMEA merupakan usulan yang bersifat preventif. Usulan yang diberikan antara lain melepaskan filter 2-3 pada vibrating screen, penggunaan walkie talkie sebagai sarana koordinasi, serta mengaplikasikan pelumas dan grafit untuk meningkatkan daya tahan conveyor. / Efficiency is crucial in a production process, including in the mining industry. PT Batu Pastika Murti is a company engaged in andesite stone mining. Located in Bojonegara, Banten, PT Batu Pastika Murti produces 4 main products, namely split 2-3, split 1-2, split 1-1, and stone ash. Based on the results of the analysis and activity breakdown of current production activities, the company's process efficiency level is at 53.33%. Analysis conducted with Value Stream Mapping shows 55.72% of the activities carried out are classified as value-added activities while the other 44.28% are classified as non-value-added activities. From the FMEA results, three types of waste were obtained with the highest RPN scores classified as overproduction in the storage/inventory process, also motion and waiting in the output storing process. Proposed improvements were provided in two approaches. The proposed efficiency improvements include increasing the number of operators and replacing excavators and dump trucks with larger capacities. Simulation for the proposal against the current situation were conducted using Flexsim to see how the process works in terms of cycle time and its output. Based on the simulation results, various analyses and economic feasibility tests were conducted. From the results obtained, it can be said that the suggestions given can potentially increase process efficiency up to 67.04%. Suggestions given to minimize waste based on the results of FMEA are preventive recommendations. The suggestions include removing 2-3 filters on the vibrating screen, using walkie talkies as a tool for coordination, also applying lubricants and graphite to increase the durability of the conveyor.
