Abstract

Sampah laut merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang hingga kini belum dapat teratasi secara maksimal. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) merupakan insiatif terbaru yang diresmikan PBB pada tahun 2015 yang tujuan-tujuannya memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan penanggulangan terhadap sampah laut. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terlibat dalam SDGs. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menguraikan kerja sama apa saja yang telah dilakukan oleh Indonesia dalam menaggulangi sampah laut dan menguraikan hubungan kerja sama yang dilakukan dengan keterlibatan Indonesia dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari jurnal ilmiah, majalah, berita, artikel, buku, atau sumber-sumber dokumen lain yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik atau permasalahan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, paparan data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teori neoliberalisme dengan konsep diplomasi lingkungan yang terdiri dari enam tahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kerja sama yang dilakukan Indonesia setelah SDGs diresmikan. Kerja sama yang dilakukan Indonesia dalam menanggulangi sampah laut sangat terkait dengan keterlibatan Indonesia dalam SDGs, terutama pada Tujuan 6, Tujuan 11, Tujuan 12, dan Tujuan 14. Secara keseluruhan, Indonesia tidak hanya berkomitmen pada penanggulangan sampah laut tetapi juga aktif dalam mencari solusi dan berpartisipasi dalam berbagai inisiatif internasional. Kerja sama-kerja sama yang dilakukan Indonesia ini menunjukkan kontribusi Indonesia pada tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) terkait dengan lingkungan dan keberlanjutan./Marine debris is a problem that has not yet been resolved optimally. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is the latest initiative launched by the UN in 2015 whose goals are closely related to tackling marine debris. Indonesia is one of the countries involved in the SDGs. The main objective of this research is to describe what cooperation has been carried out by Indonesia in dealing with marine waste and to describe the relationship between cooperation and Indonesia's involvement in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The data in this research is secondary data originating from scientific journals, magazines, news, articles, books, or other document sources that are relevant to the research topic or problem. The data collection technique used is documentation technique. Data analysis in this research uses interactive model analysis consisting of data reduction, data exposure, conclusions and verification. Data analysis in this research was analyzed using neoliberalism theory with the concept of environmental diplomacy which consists of six stages. The research results show that there were three collaborations carried out by Indonesia after the SDGs were inaugurated. The cooperation carried out by Indonesia in dealing with marine waste is closely related to Indonesia's involvement in the SDGs, especially in Goal 6, Goal 11, Goal 12 and Goal 14. Overall, Indonesia is not only committed to dealing with marine waste but is also active in finding solutions and participate in various international initiatives. This collaboration carried out by Indonesia shows Indonesia's contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to the environment and sustainability.
