Abstract

Apartement Grand Taman Melati 2 Margonda Depok dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal untuk mahasiswa. Dalam masa pembangunannya terjadi keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji permasalahan penelitian diantaranya : (1) Apa saja indikator keterlambatan proyek dalam penelitian ini? (2) Bagaimana hasil analisis keterlambatan ini? (3) Apa rekomendasi perbaikan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini? Proses penyusunan variabel dari data sekunder, studi literatur, validasi pakar, didapatkan variabel bebas dan terikat. Variabel yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan pekerjaan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari variabel dituangkan kedalam kuesioner untuk disebarkan kepada responden. Pengujian terhadap hasil kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisa regresi. Hasil dari analisa adalah perlu manajemen kontraktor yang baik, sewa tempat untuk stok material dan penjadwalan pengiriman material agar tidak terlambat. Hal ini merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan yang terjadi. Kata kunci: keterlambatan proyek, MK, kontraktor dan kinerja waktu   Apartement Grand Taman Melati 2 Margonda Depok was built to meet the needs of housing for students. During the construction period there was a delay in completion of work that was not in accordance with the work schedule. This study will examine and analyze how the problems of this study among other (1) What are the indicator of project delay in this study? (2) What are the results of the analysis of the project delay factor on performance? (3) What are the recommendations for improvement produced in this study? The process of preparing variables from secondary data, literature studies, expert validation, obtained independent and dependent variables. The variables used in this study are factors that influence delays. The results of the variables are poured into a questionnaire to be distributed to respondents. Testing of the results of the questionnaire was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests and regression analysis. The result of the analysis are good management of contractor is needed, rent a place for material and scheduling material delivery, there are the most influential factor in project delay.
