Abstract

Kunjungan wisatawan ke Indonesia mencapai 5,47 juta pada tahun 2022. Salah satu tempat di Indonesia yang mendapatkan banyak kunjungan yaitu Jakarta yang mencapai 935 ribu. Dengan banyaknya tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di Jakarta, menjadi salah satu hal yang memicu peningkatan jumlah hotel di Jakarta yang membuat wisatawan memperhatikan beberapa aspek seperti harga, rating, dan lain lain. Oleh karena itu. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perbandingan antara metode AHP dan TOPSIS dengan menggunakan 611 jumlah data dan 5 kriteria yaitu Hotel_star, Overall_review, Overall_rating, Overall_review_text, dan Price untuk perhitungan pemilihan hotel terbaik di Jakarta. Perhitungan yang dilakukan akan menggunakan excel dan dihitung secara manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP menghasilkan nilai preferensi terbesar yaitu 0.76912795 untuk alternatif A176. Sedangkan metode TOPSIS menghasilkan nilai preferensi terbesar yaitu 0.8420497 untuk alternatif A45. nilai preferensi ini akan digunakan untuk menentukan ranking dari masing-masing alternatif. Hasil lain yang didapatkan adalah tingkat kesesuaian yaitu metode AHP menghasilkan Tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 99.9946926%. dan metode TOPSIS menghasilkan Tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 99.99401159%. Karena hasil tingkat kesesuaian untuk metode AHP lebih besar dibandingkan metode TOPSIS, maka metode AHP merupakan metode yang lebih disarankan dalam penelitian ini. / In 2022, Indonesia welcomed 5.47 million tourists, with Jakarta attracting 935,000 of these visitors. The influx of tourists has spurred a rise in hotel numbers in Jakarta, prompting tourists to consider various factors like price and rating when choosing accommodations. This study aims to compare the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to select the best hotel in Jakarta, using 611 data points and five criteria: Hotel_star, Overall_review, Overall_rating, Overall_review_text, and Price. Calculations are performed using Excel and manually. The study found that the AHP method yielded the highest preference value of 0.7691 for alternative A176, while the TOPSIS method gave the highest preference value of 0.8420 for alternative A45. These values are used to rank the alternatives. Additionally, the AHP method achieved a suitability level of 99.9946926%, compared to 99.99401159% for the TOPSIS method. Given its higher suitability level, the AHP method is recommended over the TOPSIS method in this study.
