Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah ubi jalar ungu ini dapat diolah menjadi bola ubi yang diberi dua isi filling yaitu coklat dan keju. Ubi merupakan salah satu makanan pokok yang umum di Indonesia. Di era modern seperti sekarang, ubi sudah banyak diolah menjadi makanan atau minuman yang unik dan enak, salah satu olahan ubi yang paling umum adalah bola ubi dan biasanya kopong. Tetapi peneliti ingin melakukan inovasi agar terdapat diferensiasi dengan produk lain. Maka dari itu peneliti membuat produk bola ubi yang bernama ubi balls, dengan isian yang lumer dengan coklat dan keju yang membuat sensasi yang baru pada saat memakan bola ubi. Peneliti ingin mengetahui apakah bola ubi isi dengan bahan dasar ubi jalar ungu ini berhasil diolah, dan mengetahui masyarakat lebih menyukai bola ubi dengan isian coklat atau keju, sehingga metode penelitian yang akan kami gunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif berupa survei. peneliti akan membagikan produk bola ubi isi ini kepada 50 orang dan mereka akan mencoba keduanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan apakah bola ubi yang diolah dengan isian coklat dan keju berhasil dibuat . Dan mana yang lebih disukai antara coklat atau keju. / This study aims to test and analyze whether this purple sweet potato can be processed into sweet potato balls filled with two fillings, namely chocolate and cheese. Sweet potatoes are one of the common staple foods in Indonesia. In the modern era like today, sweet potatoes have been widely processed into unique and delicious foods or drinks, one of the most common sweet potato preparations is sweet potato balls and is usually hollow. But researchers want to innovate so that there is differentiation with other products. Therefore, researchers make a sweet potato ball product called ubi balls, with a filling that melts with chocolate and cheese which creates a new sensation when eating sweet potato balls. Researchers want to know whether sweet potato balls filled with purple sweet potato as the basic ingredient are successfully processed, and find out whether people prefer sweet potato balls with chocolate or cheese filling, so the research method that we will use is a quantitative method in the form of a survey. researchers will distribute this sweet potato ball product to 50 people and they will try both. The results of this study show whether sweet potato balls processed with chocolate and cheese fillings are successfully made. And which is preferred between chocolate or cheese.
