Abstract

MyBCA merupakan aplikasi baru yang diluncurkan oleh PT Bank Central Asia Tbk pada tahun 2021 yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone maupun website. MyBCA menghadirkan beberapa fitur baru dibandingkan dengan aplikasi sebelumnya yaitu BCA Mobile. Masalah yang signifikan pada topik ini adalah user memiliki ekspektasi yang tinggi terhadap aplikasi mobile banking seperti menginginkan interface yang interaktif, navigasi yang mudah, dan respons cepat. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada, maka dapat dilakukan analisis UI/UX terhadap MyBCA. User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) merupakan bagian yang penting dari pengembangan sebuah aplikasi. User Interface (UI) merupakan tampilan dari sebuah system dimana pengguna berinteraksi dengan system. User Experience (UX) merupakan hasil interaksi antara pengguna dengan system yang telah dibuat. Terdapat beberapa metode untuk melakukan Analisa pada UI/UX, seperti User Centered Design (UCD) dan Heuristic Evaluation. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation untuk melakukan proses analisis terhadap MyBCA. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi tampilan UI dari MyBCA untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari responden, semua tampilan rekomendasi yang dibuat mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan penilaian excellent. Solusi ketiga yaitu menambahkan tema Dark Mode pada aplikasi MyBCA, memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0.95 atau 95% yang berarti bahwa banyak pengguna yang menghadapi masalah tersebut dan solusi yang ditawarkan sangat memuaskan pengguna. / MyBCA is a new application launched by PT Bank Centra Asia Tbk in 2021 which can be accessed via smartphone or website. MyBCA presents several new features compared to the previous application, namely BCA Mobile. A significant problem with this topic is that users have high expectations for mobile banking applications, such as wanting an interactive interface, easy navigation and fast responses. To find out existing problems, a UI/UX analysis can be carried out on MyBCA. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) are important parts of developing an application. User Interface (UI) is the appearance of a system where users interact with the system. User Experience (UX) is the result of interaction between users and the system that has been created. There are several methods for conducting UI/UX analysis, such as User Centered Design (UCD) and Heuristic Evaluation. In this research, the Heuristic Evaluation method will be used to carry out the analysis process for MyBCA. The results of this research are recommendations for the UI display of MyBCA to solve the problems faced. Based on the results of the assessment from respondents, all recommendations made were able to solve the problems faced with an excellent rating. The third solution, namely adding Dark Mode Theme to MyBCA application, obtained the highest score of 0.95 or 95%, which means that many users are facing this problem and the solution offered is very satisfying to users.
