Abstract

Proyek Relokasi Jalan Nasional Ruas Sei Duri, Mempawah Kalimantan Barat direncanakan menggunakan perkerasan aspal. Pekerjaan dilakukan pada area dengan karakteristik tanah lunak. Direncanakan desain terhadap tanah dasar berupa desain soil improvement untuk mempercepat konsolidasi tanah berupa timbunan preloading dan PVD. Dari pertimbangan perubahan desain soil improvement tadi, direncanakan perubahan perkerasan aspal menjadi perkerasan kaku untuk meningkatkan umur layanan perkerasan. Proses perhitungan perkerasan menggunakan regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia. Suplemen Manual Desain Perkeraan (MDP) 2017 dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia sebagai penyempurnaan dan perbaikan dari MDP 2017 No. 04/SE/Db/2017 (Revisi Juni 2017). Salah satu pengaruh Suplemen MDP 2017 adalah dalam perencanaan tebal perkerasan kaku. Pada Suplemen Manual Desain Perkeraan (MDP) 2017, penggunaan LMC (Lean-Mix Concrete) dalam struktur perkerasan kaku merupakan salah satu dari 3 (tiga) bahan pondasi bawah, yaitu bahan berbutir, stabilisasi atau dengan beton kurus giling padat (Lean Rolled Concrete), dan campuran beton kurus (Lean-Mix Concrete). Sehingga penggunaannya dapat digantikan dengan menggunakan bahan pondasi bawah lain. Perencanaan tebal perkerasan kaku mengacu pada Suplemen MDP 2017 dapat dilakukan menggunakan data yang lebih sesuai dalam penentuan tebal perkerasan. Dengan menggunakan data pada proyek Relokasi Jalan Nasional Ruas Sei Duri, Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, didapatkan tebal perkerasan kaku sebesar 29,5 cm apabila didasari pada perhitungan MDP 2017. Bila menggunakan Suplemen MDP 2017 didapatkan tebal perkerasan kaku sebesar 28,5 cm. Sehingga dapat dilakukan pengurangan biaya hingga 18%. Secara durasi pekerjaan juga lebih cepat 12 hari. Kata kunci: Perkerasan Kaku, MDP 2017, Suplemen MDP 2017, Pd. T-14-2003. / The National Road Relocation Project for the Sei Duri Section, Mempawah, West Kalimantan is planned to use asphalt pavement. Work is carried out in areas with soft soil characteristics. The design of the base soil is planned in the form of a soil improvement design to accelerate soil consolidation in the form of preloading and PVD embankments. Based on the consideration of changes to the soil improvement design, it is planned to change the asphalt pavement to a rigid pavement to increase the service life of the pavement. The pavement calculation process uses regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Supplement to the 2017 Work Design Manual (MDP) as a refinement and update to the 2017 MDP No. 04/SE/Db/2017 (Revised June 2017). One of the influences of the 2017 MDP Supplement is in planning the thickness of rigid pavement. In the 2017 Pavement Design Manual (MDP) Supplement, the use of LMC (Lean-Mix Concrete) in rigid pavement structures is one of 3 (three) sub- base materials, namely granular, stabilized materials or with dense rolled thin concrete (Lean Rolled Concrete), and lean concrete mix (Lean-Mix Concrete). So its use can be replaced by using other sub-foundation materials. Rigid pavement thickness planning referring to the 2017 MDP Supplement can be carried out using more appropriate data in determining pavement thickness. By using data from the Sei Duri Section National Road Relocation project, Mempawah, West Kalimantan, the rigid pavement thickness is 29.5 cm when based on the 2017 MDP calculation. When using the 2017 MDP Supplement, the rigid pavement thickness is 28.5 cm. So costs can be reduced by up to 18%. The duration of the work is also 12 days faster.
