Abstract

Innerfit adalah sebuah toko peralatan gym di Medan yang sebelumnya menggunakan sistem manual dalam penjualannya, yang mengakibatkan efisiensi waktu pelayanan yang rendah dan terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem penjualan berbasis mobile untuk toko Innerfit. Sistem ini mempermudah proses bisnis seperti penjualan, promosi, dan pelayanan pelanggan, serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Dengan aplikasi penjualan alat gym berbasis Android yang telah dirancang dan diimplementasikan, proses pencarian alat gym menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien, pencatatan penjualan dan pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih mudah, serta pengurangan duplikasi data. Aplikasi ini membantu Innerfit dalam menyediakan informasi produk yang lebih lengkap dan mudah diakses oleh calon pembeli, khususnya yang berada di luar jangkauan fisik toko. Pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis mobile untuk Innerfit telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional toko. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya mempermudah pemilik toko dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas bisnis tetapi juga meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan melalui akses informasi yang lebih baik dan layanan yang lebih cepat. Pada akhirnya, aplikasi ini telah memperluas wilayah pemasaran dan meningkatkan keuntungan penjualan Innerfit. / Innerfit is a gym equipment shop in Medan that previously used a manual system in its sales, which resulted in low service time efficiency and limited marketing reach. This research has succeeded in developing and implementing a mobile-based sales system for Innerfit stores. This system simplifies business processes such as sales, promotions and customer service, as well as expanding marketing reach. With an Android-based gym equipment sales application that has been designed and implemented, the process of searching for gym equipment becomes faster and more efficient, recording sales and creating reports becomes easier, as well as reducing data duplication. This application helps Innerfit provide product information that is more complete and easily accessible to potential buyers, especially those outside the physical reach of the store. The development of a mobile-based sales application for Innerfit has made a significant contribution to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of store operations. This application not only makes it easier for shop owners to carry out various business activities but also improves customer experience through better access to information and faster service. In the end, this application has expanded the marketing area and increased Innerfit's sales profits.
