Abstract

Prestasi akademik sangatlah penting dalam dunia kedokteran. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menilai apakah merupakan lulusan yang kompeten dan mampu melaksanakan praktik kedokteran dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tipe kepribadian terhadap Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan Angkatan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 66 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan Angkatan 2021 dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah uji chi-square. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah Tipe Kepribadian A dan B. Adapun variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Tipe Kepribadian A dan B terhadap Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pelita Harapan Angkatan 2021 dengan nilai p = 0,001. / Academic achievement is very important in the world of medicine. This aims to assess whether graduates are competent and able to carry out medical practice in society. This research aims to determine the relationship between personality type and the Grade Point Average in students at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan, Class of 2021. This research uses a cross sectional study conducted on 66 respondents from students at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Pelita Harapan, Class of 2021. The analysis method in this research is test. chi-square. The independent variables in this research are Personality Types A and B. The dependent variable in this research is the Grade Point Average. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between Personality Types A and B and the Grade Point Average for Students at the Faculty of Medicine, Pelita Harapan University Class of 2021 with a value of p = 0.001.
