Abstract

Pertumbuhan perusahaan merupakan elemen krusial dalam konteks investasi, terutama dalam sektor manufaktur yang memegang peranan strategis di wilayah ASEAN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan strategis dalam menjaga stabilitas serta mendorong pertumbuhan perusahaan. Fokus penelitian ni pada perusahaan manufaktur kawasan ASEAN periode 2018-2022. Sesuai dengan penetapan kriteria, didapatkan 83 perusahaan yang sesuai. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 415 data. Metode analisis yang diterapkan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda, dan diolah melalui aplikasi STATA versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Equity (ROE) memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan manufaktur di Kawasan ASEAN. Sementara itu, Return On Assets (ROA) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. / Company growth is a crucial element in the investment context, especially in the manufacturing sector which plays a strategic role in the ASEAN region. This research aims to highlight the importance of effective and strategic financial management in maintaining stability and encouraging company growth. The focus of this research is on manufacturing companies in the ASEAN region for the 2018- 2022 period. In accordance with the criteria set, 83 companies were found to be suitable. The data used in this research was 415 data. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis, and processed using the STATA version 17 application. The research results show that Return on Equity (ROE) has a influence on the profit growth of manufacturing companies in the ASEAN region. Meanwhile, Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) do not have a influence on profit growth.
