Abstract

The use of information technology can simplify, speed up and speed up project supervision and evaluation. Construction service companies must have an integrated software-based information system that is capable of assisting the process. PT. BAP is a contractor that creates an integrated software-based information system called Opex Pro to support the monitoring and evaluation of the project. Opex Pro is used on smartphones and has been implemented for several years, according to PMBOK 2017 referred to as output. This study aims to obtain outcomes, in the form of the fact that the software is used and is beneficial for the organization. To date, user outcome factors have not been measured. Through this research, factors that influence the perception of benefits (outcomes) on the Opex Pro application will be carried out, specifically as a means of project monitoring and evaluation using the Integrated Management Project (IPM) approach from PMBOK, 2017. Research using a quantitative approach, as well as theory and literature are the basis for determining research variables. The study used a questionnaire on 50 respondents. Analysis conducted on application users and regression analysis that affects the benefits (outcomes) for Opex Pro users. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be identified that respondents need effective and efficient project monitoring and evaluation facilities to meet all project managerial needs ranging from project scope activities to monitoring and evaluation efforts at the central managerial scale of Division I PT. BAP Another result that can be found through regression analysis to determine the relationship between research variables is that the factors that influence the perceived level of benefits perceived by Opex Pro users in Division I PT. BAP is a factor of information quality, positive impact caused, ease of use, perception of belief, and behavior of users of the software. The comfort factor which was previously obtained from the literature and included in the analysis, is eliminated because it is considered to have no significant effect on the user. Several recommendations can be proposed to increase the benefits of this Opex Pro application, including the addition of features such as photo uploads and upload costs in real-time. / Penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat mempermudah, mempercepat dan mempertepat pengawasan serta evaluasi proyek. Perusahaan jasa konstruksi harus memiliki sistem informasi berbasis perangkat lunak terintegrasi yang mampu membantu proses tersebut. PT. BAP adalah kontraktor yang membuat sistem informasi berbasis perangkat lunak terintegrasi bernama Opex Pro untuk mendukung pengawasan dan evaluasi proyeknya. Opex Pro digunakan pada smartphone dan telah diterapkan dalam beberapa tahun, menurut PMBOK 2017 disebut sebagai output. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh outcome, berupa fakta bahwa perangkat lunak yang dipergunakan dan bermanfaat bagi organisasi. Sampai saat ini, faktor outcome oleh pengguna belum diukur. Melalui penelitian ini, faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi manfaat (outcome) pada aplikasi Opex Pro akan dilakukan, khususnya sebagai sarana monitoring dan evaluasi proyek yang menggunakan pendekatan Integrated Management Project (IPM) dari PMBOK, 2017. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta teori dan literatur menjadi dasar untuk menentukan variabel penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 50 orang responden. Analisis yang dilakukan terhadap pengguna aplikasi dan analisis regresi yang mempengaruhi manfaat (outcome) bagi pengguna Opex Pro. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat diidentifikasi bahwa responden membutuhkan sarana pengawasan dan evaluasi proyek yang efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan managerial proyek mulai dari aktivitas lingkup proyek sampai upaya pengawasan dan evaluasi pada skala managerial pusat Divisi I PT. BAP. Hasil lain yang dapat ditemukan melalui analisis regresi untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel penelitian adalah bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi tingkat manfaat yang dirasakan pengguna Opex Pro di Divisi I PT. BAP adalah faktor kualitas informasi, dampak positif yang ditimbulkan, kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi keyakinan, dan perilaku pengguna perangkat lunak tersebut. Faktor kenyamanan yang sebelumnya diperoleh dari literatur dan dimasukkan ke dalam analisis, tereliminasi karena dianggap tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengguna. Beberapa rekomendasi dapat diusulkan untuk meningkatkan manfaat dari aplikasi Opex Pro ini, antara lain penambahan fitur seperti upload foto dan upload biaya secara real-time.
