Abstract

Pada setiap perusahaan memiliki karyawan dan bagian sumber daya manusia yang memiliki peran yang penting dalam pengembangan karyawan. Penelitian terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh dari extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, social rewards terhadap employee performance di PT. Eka Mas Republik. Populasi yang peneliti pilih sebagai subjek adalah karyawan di bagian sales di PT. Eka Mas Republik dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 134 responden. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0 Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Extrinsic Rewards tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Intrinsic Rewards berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance, Social Rewards berpengaruh terhadap Employee Performance. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan dalam membentuk suatu sistem rewards yang baik serta bentuk-bentuk rewards apa yang paling dapat mempengaruhi performance dari para karyawan bagian sales.
