Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan zaman di era teknologi ini memang memberikan banyak sekali peluang terhadap segala macam aspek dari kehidupan, oleh karena itu memanfaatkan peluang – peluang tersebut merupakan hal yang sangatlah penting dalam dunia industri pemasaran. Peluang tersebut datang dalam bentuk media – media baru yang membuahkan pendekatan – pendekatan komunikasi baru yang membutuhkan konten dalam jumlah banyak. Konten tersebut memiliki bentuk sebagai teks, gambar, audio, dan juga video yang bersirkulasi pada jaringan yang luas untuk mencapai Target yang diinginkan, oleh karena itu seorang Content Creator yang memikirkan sekaligus membentuk konten dapat dikatakan sebagai jembatan penghubung bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk melaksanakan kepentingan dan juga tujuan yang mereka miliki. PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk, sendiri sudah memanfaatkan peluang tersebut dengan menggunakan Internet sebagai medium pemasaran untuk memaksimalkan performa, dengan bantuan Content Creator, medium – medium seperti Website Elements, GDN, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, UAC, dan lain – lain berjalan dengan optimal, sehingga menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif dan juga baik untuk mewujudkan Awareness terhadap Brand PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk. dalam benak Target Audience. / The rapid development of the age in this technological era does indeed provide many opportunities for all aspects of life, therefore utilizing these opportunities is very important in the marketing industry. These opportunities come in the form of new media that produce new communication approaches that require large amounts of content. The content has a form as text, images, audio, and also video that circulates on a wide network to achieve the desired target, therefore a Content Creator who thinks at the same time forms content can be said to be a bridge for a company to carry out its interests and also the goals they have. PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk, itself has taken advantage of this opportunity by using the Internet as a marketing medium to maximize performance, with the help of Content Creator, mediums such as Website Elements, GDN, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, UAC, and others - running with optimal, so as to create effective and good communication to create awareness of the Brand of PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk. in the minds of Target Audience.
