Abstract

Human Resources adalah suatu kunci utama bagi organisasi untuk dapat berkembang lebih baik, terjadinya ketergantungan terhadap karyawan pada perusahaan, maka diperlukan sebuah pendekatan melalui komunikasi internal kepada karyawan untuk menjalin hubungan yang harmonis didalam organisasi, dengan terciptanya suatu hubungan yang baik terhadap pekerja, maka akan menimbulkan rasa ketergantungan satu sama lain, maka suatu perusahaan harus menjalankan aktifitas Internal Public Relations guna memperoleh karyawann yang loyal. Magang yang dijalankan selama 640 jam kerja oleh pemagang, selama bertugas di PT Rinz Kreasi Megatama dan ditempatkan di Departemen Human Resources Development, secara akademis pemagang mendapat tambahan ilmu dan pengalaman yang dimana perusahaan tidak memiliki divisi Public Relations tetapi fungsi dan aktifitas Internal Public Relations dijalankan oleh Human Resources Development. Program magang yang dijalankan di PT Rinz Kreasi Megatama selama 4 bulan adalah setiap hari Senin sampai dengan Sabtu, dan pada hari Senin sampai Jumat jam kerja pemagang pada pukul 09.00 hingga 18.00. Pada hari Sabtu 09.00 hingga 14.00 siang. / Human Resources is a key for the organization to be able to develop better, the dependence of employees on the company, then we need an approach through internal communication to employees to establish harmonious relationships within the organization, with the creation of a good relationship with workers, it will lead to a sense of dependence on each other, then a company must carry out Internal Public Relations activities in order to get loyal employees. Internships run for 640 hours of work by apprentices, while serving in PT Rinz Kreasi Megatama and placed in the Human Resources Development Department, academics receive academic knowledge and experience in which companies do not have a Public Relations division but the functions and activities of Internal Public Relations are carried out by Human Resources Development. The apprenticeship program carried out at PT Rinz Kreasi Megatama for 4 months is every Monday to Saturday, and on Monday to Friday the apprentice's working hours are from 09.00 to 18.00. On Saturdays 9:00 to 14:00 noon.
