Abstract

Industri yang berkembang menuntut perusahaan untuk dapat saling bersaing satu sama lain. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak terlepas dari individu yang berkualitas. PT X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan mobil. Terdapat performa yang berbeda dari setiap karyawan yang diberikan perlakuan sama. Perusahaan belum pernah melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja kerja sehingga perusahaan ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data kinerja kerja, data umum perusahaan dan kuisioner yang akan diisi oleh karyawan. Data akan diolah dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan metode importance performance analysis. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja, kinerja kerja, pengukuran kinerja, perusahaan jasa, metode statistika, generasi milenial dan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan di PT X yang bersifat kuat dan positif. Terdapat 7 instrumen kepuasan yang dianggap paling tidak memuaskan yaitu bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh atasan, kebutuhan sosial untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain dapat terjalin dengan baik, peluang dalam kemajuan karir, atasan meluangkan waktu untuk membantu karyawan yang memiliki kesulitan dalam bekerja, dukungan dari rekan kerja dalam bekerja, suasana kekeluargaan ditempat kerja dan proses kenaikan jabatan bagi siapapun yang berpotensi. / Nowadays the industry is developing, demanding that companies compete with one another. The success of a company is inseparable from quality of individuals. PT X is a company engaged in car rental services. There is a different performance of each employee who is given the same treatment. The company has never conducted research on the effect of satisfaction on work performance so the company wants to know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this study there were 3 data collected namely work performance data, data about the company and questionnaires to be filled out by employees. Data will be processed using statistical methods and importance performance analysis methods. The theoretical foundation used in this research is job satisfaction, job performance, performance measurement, service companies, simple linear regression analysis, millennial generation and Importance Performance Analysis methods. Based on the data analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant influence of job satisfaction on the work performance of employees at PT X which is strong and positive. There are 7 instruments of satisfaction that are considered to be the most unsatisfactory, namely guidance provided by superiors, social needs to interact with each other can be established properly, opportunities for career advancement, supervisors take time to help employees who have difficulties at work, support from colleagues in work, family atmosphere in the workplace and the promotion process for anyone who has the potential.
