Pertumbuhan teknologi di bidang sistem informasi saat ini terlangsung sangat pesat di Indonesia. Salah satu bentuk kemajuan teknologi informasi adalah adanya sistem enterprise resource planning. Sistem enterprise resource planning adalah sistem informasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan segala proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan baik industri maupun jasa. Evaluasi berkala berguna untuk mempertahankan serta memberikan umpan balik untuk kebaikan perusahaan. Universitas XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem enterprise resource planning sehingga itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah sistem enterprise resource planning yang diterapkan telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan wawancara dengan IT Development dan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dan dosen yang menggunakan sistem enterprise resource planning. Hasil kuesioner diolah dengan menggunakan metode importance performance analysis dan didapatkan indikator yang bermasalah adalah bahasa dan keamanan. Dimensi tersebut diolah dengan metode fault tree analysis untuk cari penyebab masalah itu dapat terjadi. Hasil dari analisis didiskusikan dengan IT Development dan hasil dari diskusi didapatkan usulan perbaikan pada bagian keamanan dengan cara mempersingkat waktu logout otomatis pada sistem, memberikan kata sandi awal secara acak dan memberikan sanksi bagi pengguna yang memberikan kata sandi pada orang lain yang pada akhirnya merugikan perusahaan. Sedangkan untuk bagian bahasa diberikan saran berupa sebuah portal yang terhubung dengan sistem dimana bahasa yang digunakan pada portal tersebut lebih mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pengguna agar segala informasi yang ingin diberikan tersampaikan dengan baik ke pengguna. / The growth of technology in the field of information systems is currently growing very rapidly in Indonesia. One form of advancement in information technology is the existence of enterprise resource planning systems. Enterprise resource planning system is an information system that can integrate all existing business processes in companies both industry and services. Periodic evaluations are useful for maintaining and providing feedback for the good of the company. XYZ University is one of the companies that implement enterprise resource planning systems, therefore it needs to be evaluated to find out whether the enterprise resource planning system that is implemented has been running well as desired. Therefore an interview with IT Development was conducted and questionnaires were distributed to students and lecturers using the enterprise resource planning system. The results of the questionnaire were processed using the importance performance analysis method and the problematic indicators were language and security. The indicator is processed by the fault tree analysis method to find the cause of the problem that can occur. The results of the analysis were discussed with IT Development and the results of the discussion obtained suggestions for improvement in the security section by shortening the automatic logout time on the system, providing initial passwords at random and imposing sanctions for users who give passwords to others which ultimately harm the company. As for the language section, it is suggested to design a portal that is connected to the system where the language used in the portal is easier for users to understand and to improve communication with users so that all information they want to give is conveyed well to the user
