Abstract

Toko DD Sragen merupakan toko yang menjual makanan ringan dan minuman secara grosir. Sistem penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum adanya sistem inventory di toko ini menyebabkan proses pembuatan nota dan perhitungan stok membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Selain itu, kesalahan dalam penulisan harga, perhitungan total harga, maupun perhitungan stok sering terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi penjualan dan inventory yang secara efektif dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis di Toko DD. Sistem informasi dirancang menggunakan software Microsoft Access 2016 dengan metode System Development Life Cycle yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan implementasi. Setelah implementasi sistem, dilakukan pengukuran efektivitas sistem informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan di Toko DD dengan DeLone & McLean Model of Information Systems Success yang terdiri dari enam dimensi, yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas pelayanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan keuntungan bersih. Indikator yang ada pada setiap dimensi dipilih bersama pengguna sistem untuk disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Toko DD. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem. Dari hasil kuesioner, diperoleh rata-rata skor pada dimensi kualitas informasi sebesar 14,33, kualitas sistem sebesar 14,25, kualitas pelayanan sebesar 15, penggunaan sebesar 14, kepuasan pengguna sebesar 14,33, dan keuntungan bersih sebesar 14,8. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dengan rentang skala pada hasil kuesioner, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Toko DD pada seluruh dimensi dengan sangat efektif./Toko DD Sragen is a middleman that sells snacks and drinks. Currently the sales system is still done manually and there is no inventory system in the store which causes longer processing time for making sales invoice and calculating stock. Errors in writing prices, calculating total prices, and calculating stocks often occur. The purpose of this research is to design a sales and inventory information system that can effectively meet the business needs of Toko DD. The information system is designed using Microsoft Access 2016 with the System Development Life Cycle method which consists of the planning, analysis, design, and implementation. After implementing the system, the effectiveness of the information system is measured in meeting the needs in Toko DD with the DeLone & McLean Model of Information Systems Success, which consists of six dimensions, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The indicators on each dimension are selected with the system user to suit the Toko DD needs. Measurements were made by distributing questionnaires to system users. From the results of the questionnaire, obtained an average score on the dimension of information quality of 14,33, system quality of 14,25, service quality of 15, use of 14, user satisfaction of 14,33, and net benefits of 14,8. Based on descriptive analysis with a range of scales on the questionnaire results, it was concluded that the information system could meet the needs of Toko DD on all dimensions very effectively.
