Abstract

Listrik pada jaman sekarang ini sudah sangat dibutuhkan, dari pengguna rumahan hingga industri, sebagai contoh untuk menyalakan lampu, menghidupkan motor listrik, dan lain sebagainya. PT Citra Harum Lestari adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi sambal dengan sistem Make to Order yang berada di Batu Ceper, Tangerang, Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan audit energi listrik dan thermal pada PT Citra Harum Lestari. Adapun tujuan spesifik berupa pemakaian rata-rata aktual, analisis pemakaian energi terbesar, perbandingan energi listrik aktual dengan tagihan PLN dan rangkuman energi thermal. Metode audit energi yang digunakan adalah audit energi singkat meliputi, pengumpulan data historis, data dokumentasi dan observasi, melakukan perhitungan Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE), menyarankan potensi penghematan energi dan laporan audit. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data pemakaian listrik (kWh) dan rangkuman penghematan energi thermal yang diambil dari beberapa laporan penelitian terdahulu. Alat khusus yang dibutuhkan adalah Ampere meter dan Lux meter yang sudah dikalibrasi. Pengolahan data menghasilkan rata-rata pemakaian listrik per bulan (kWh). Analisis audit energi dilihat dengan cara membandingkan pemakaian energi listrik aktual (kWh) dengan pemakaian listrik berdasarkan tagihan PLN (kWh), mengurutkan pemakaian listrik dari yang terbesar berdasarkan departemen produksi dan administrasi, dan melakukan perhitungan Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) pada bangunan departemen administrasi, serta analisis dari rangkuman potensi penghematan energi thermal. Didapatkan hasil perbandingan perhitungan pemakaian listrik aktual dengan pemakaian listrik tagihan PLN memiliki selisih 2,2% dengan rata-rata pemakaian energi perbulan yaitu sebesar 2464,94 kWh. Pemakaian listrik rata-rata perbulan pada departemen administrasi dan produksi adalah penggunaan AC dan mesin packing sachet yaitu sebesar 122,56 kWh dan 722,22 kWh. Total dari potensi penghematan energi thermal dari penelitian terdahulu adalah sebesar 21.780,68 kJ/h atau mencapai 209%. / Electricity in this day and age is very much needed, from home users to industry, for example to turn on lights, turn on electric motors, and so on. PT Citra Harum Lestari is a company producing sambal with the Make to Order system located in Batu Ceper, Tangerang, Banten. The purpose of this research is to conduct an electrical and thermal energy audit at PT Citra Harum Lestari. The specific objectives include actual average usage, largest energy used, comparison of actual electrical energy with PLN bills and thermal energy consumed. The energy audit method used is a short energy audit covering, collecting historical data, documenting and observing data, performing Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) calculations, suggesting potential energy savings and audit reports. Data collection used in the form of electricity usage data (kWh) and summary of thermal energy savings taken from several previous research reports. Specific tools needed are Ampere meters and Lux meters that have been calibrated. Data processing produces an average electricity usage per month (kWh). Energy audit analysis can be seen by comparing the actual electric energy usage (kWh) with electricity usage based on the PLN bill (kWh), sorting the largest electricity consumption by production and administration department, and calculating the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the administrative department building, and analysis of a summary of potential thermal energy savings. The results of a comparison of the calculation of actual electricity usage, the PLN bill a difference of 2.2% with an average monthly energy usage of 2464.94 kWh. The average monthly electricity usage in the administration and production department is the use of air conditioners and sachet packing machines which is 122,56 kWh and 722,22 kWh. The total potential for thermal energy savings from previous studies was 21,780.68 kJ / h or reaching 209%
