Abstract

Setiap pemilik usaha perlu mengatur bisnisnya agar dapat tetap berjalan, mendapatkan pemasukan yang optimal, mampu bersaing, dan terus berkembang. Selama 3 tahun terakhir PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi yang bergerak di bidang konveksi mengalami volum penjualan yang fluktuatif atau tidak stabil dan kadang mengalami penurunan pada waktu tertentu. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan strategi pengembangan bisnis bagi PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Pengumpulan data internal perusahaan untuk pembuatan matriks IFE dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik perusahaan dan penyebaran kuesioner disertai wawancara langsung dengan konsumen B2B dalam menentukan tingkat kepentingan dan nilai kepuasan. Untuk pembuatan matriks EFE dilakukan dengan cara studi literatur dan evaluasi faktor eksternal dengan pemilik perusahaan dalam menilai tingkat relevansi dan respon dari perusahaan. Hasil dari matriks IFE, EFE dipakai untuk membuat diagram kartesius SWOT untuk mengetahui kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Didapatkan bahwa kondisi perusahaan saat ini ada pada kuadran 1, sehingga yaitu strategi yang tepat untuk perusahaan adalah strategi SO yang merupakan strategi agresif menggunakan seluruh kekuatan internal untuk memanfaatkan semua peluang yang ada. Diusulkan PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi untuk menggunakan jasa perusahaan sejenis dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas serta kedepannya untuk dapat memiliki teknologi produksi sendiri./Every business owner needs to manage his business so that it can keep running, get optimal income, be able to compete, and continue to grow. PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi run a convection business and in this past 3 year the compay is facing fluctuative selling trend and company can run into selling derivation at some point. Therefore this study aims to provide a business development strategy proposal for PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi to be able to increase product selling using SWOT Analysis. Company internal data collected by doing interview with company owner and distributing questionnaires for rating interest and satisfaction score in PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi as well for consumers to get company profile data and to make IFE matrix. While data to make EFE matrix collected by literature study and evaluate external factor with company owner to rate relevancies and company response. The result of IFE and EFE matrix is used for making SWOT cartesian diagram to know company condition at this time. The company condition is at first quadrant in this diagram, which SO strategy is fit for the company. SO strategy is aggressive strategy that using internal strength of company to take advantage of all opportunities that exist. The result of this research proposed to increase market of PT. Jasmine Jaya Abadi, namely by approaching new company to sell products, buying new equipment for production, and using own equipment to increase product quality.
