Abstract

Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam bidang pelayanan dan jasa. Saat ini Hotel bukan hanya sekedar menjadi sarana akomodasi tetapi juga hotel seringkali digunakan untuk melaksanakan berbagai event yang ada. Perusahaan seperti hotel pastinya sangat berkaitan dengan masyarakat luas. Dimana trust dari seorang konsumen atau stakeholders merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat diperlukan dalam industri perusahaan seperti hotel. Dalam membantu meningkatkan citra dan menyebarkan citra atau image positif kepada masyarakat luas. Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village memerlukan peran dan fungsi dari Public Relations. Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village menyebarkan citra melalui komunikasi yang dilakukan baik verbal maupun nonverbal melalui berbagai event yang diselenggarakan oleh Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Village.
