Abstract

Customer relations sesuai dengan artinya sebagai ‘hubungan pelanggan’ memiliki peran yang sangat penting didalam dunia Marketing Public Relations dan dunia bisnis. Sebagai praktisi Marketing Public Relations, mempelajari dan mendalami sistem manajemen tentang penanganan jalan hubungan bisnis dengan para pelanggan dapat meningkatkan fokus dan efektivitas kedua belah pihak dengan baik. Praktisi – praktisi Marketing Public Relations harus mampu memahami hal apa yang menarik di mata pelanggan seperti loyalitas, kepuasan, dan keinginan pelanggan serta bagaimana cara memenuhinya. Laporan magang ini membahas bagaimana divisi Marketing Public Relations di restoran P/B Jakarta menjadikan event sebagai strategi utamanya dalam membangun relasi positif dengan customer yang mengacu pada konsep Marketing Public Relations. Pembahasan ini juga terkait dengan teknis pelaksanaan event yang dilakukan pemagang, tantangan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi, serta bagaimana langkah – langkah yang telah dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan tantangan dan kesulitan sebagai Marketing Public Relations seperti dalam menjaga relasi, menciptakan kepuasan, dan menghadapi komplain dari para pelanggan, serta mengelola hubungan internal di restoran P/B Jakarta. Hasil dari laporan ini menunjukkan bahwa praktisi MPR di P/B Jakarta dalam melakukan tugasnya khususnya pada pelaksanaan event telah menjalankan konsep – konsep Marketing Public Relation. Laporan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa event – event yang dijalankan oleh restoran P/B Jakarta mampu membangun relasi positif dengan customer-nya. / Customer relations in accordance with its meaning as 'customer relations' has a very important role in the world of Marketing Public Relations and in the business industry. As a Marketing Public Relations practitioner, learning and exploring the management system about handling the path of business relations with customers can increase the focus and effectiveness of both parties as well. Marketing Public Relations practitioners must be able to understand what interest the customer such as loyalty and satisfaction, also how to fulfill their demands. This internship report discusses how the Marketing Public Relations division at P/B Jakarta restaurant makes events as its main strategy in building positive relationships with customers that refer to the concept of Marketing Public Relations. This discussion is also related to the technical implementation of the event conducted by the apprentice, the challenges and difficulties encountered, as well as how the steps are taken by Marketing Public Relations practitioner to resolve challenges and difficulties as in maintaining relationships, creating satisfaction, and facing complaints from customers, also in managing internal relationships at P/B Jakarta restaurant. The results of this report indicate that Marketing Public Relations practitioners at P/B Jakarta in carrying out their duties, especially in the implementation of the event have carried out the concepts of Marketing Public Relations. This report also shows that those events run by P/B Jakarta are able to build positive relationships with their customers.
