Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan hal yang tidak akan pernah terlepas dari kehidupan manusia. Tanpa adanya komunikasi, segala informasi yang ingin disampaikan maupun tujuan yang ingin dicapai tentunya tidak akan tercapai. Komunikasi yang baik juga sangat diperlukan dalam proses komunikasi agar penyampaian informasi tidak salah ataupun berlebihan yang sering kali menyebabkan kesalahpahaman di antara dua pihak atau lebih. Oleh karena itulah hal ini mendorong Pemagang untuk melakukan magang di PT Maxx Coffee Prima dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan menciptakan komunikasi internal perusahaan yang baik karena tanpa komunikasi internal yang baik di dalam suatu perusahaan, maka outcome untuk perusahaan tersebut juga tidak akan menghasilkan sesuatu yang memuaskan. Hasil magang yang telah Pemagang jalankan sekitar hampir empat bulan menunjukkan bahwa PT Maxx Coffee Prima merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memiliki komunikasi internal yang sudah baik dapat dibuktikan dengan seluruh pekerjaan Pemagang yang selalu menyangkut dengan komunikasi internal perusahaan selain itu tujuan magang Pemagang juga telah tercapai dengan menjalankan kegiatan magang ini. / Communication is something that will never be separated from human life. Without a communication, all information to be conveyed as well as objectives to be achieved certainly will not be achieved. Good communication is also very necessary in the communication process so that the delivery of information is not wrong or excessive which often causes misunderstanding between two or more parties. That is why this encourages Apprentices to do an internship at PT Maxx Coffee Prima with the aim to build and create good company internal communication because without a good internal communication in the company, the outcome for the company will also not produce anything that is satisfying. The results of the internship that has been running for around four months shows that PT Maxx Coffee Prima is one company that has good internal communication, which can be proven by all the work of interns that are always related to internal company communication in this internship activity.
