Abstract

Bandung merupakan salah satu dari 10 kota pariwisata terbaik di Indonesia mengalami penurunan jumlah wisatawan, salah satunya penyebab adalah pencemaran lingkungan. Pencemaran lingkungan diakibatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan industri perhotelan yang tidak peduli terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh Pengelolaan Limbah terhadap Kinerja Operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan 35 hotel bintang tiga di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah 105 karyawan sebagai responden dengan teknik purposive sampling, metode analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktilan ada pengaruh pengelolaan limbah terhadap kinerja operasional. Peneliti menyarankan agar hotel bintang tiga dapat menjalankan praktik pengelolaan limbah lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai kinerja operasional optimal./Bandung is one of the 10 best tourism cities in Indonesia has decreased the number of tourists, one of which is environmental pollution. Environmental pollution is caused by tourists and hotel industry visit that do not care about the environment. This study aims to examine the effect of Waste Management on Operational Performance. This study use 35 three-star hotels in Bandung with 105 employees as respondents with purposive sampling technique, quantitative analysis method. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of waste management on operational performance. Researchers suggest that three-star hotels can carry out waste management practices more effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal operational performance.
