Abstract

Menu restoran merupakan inti dari strategi restoran. Menu juga menjadi salah satu dari kesan pertama pelanggan terhadap suatu restoran. Komunikasi antara pelanggan dengan restoran akan diperantarai oleh menu, semakin baik dan jelas deskripsi dari suatu menu akan memunculkan persepsi dan pada akhirnya menimbulkan minat beli palanggan tersebut. Jenis riset yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mengarah pada pelanggan restoran di Jakarta. Sampel yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaanggan restoran yang ada di Jakarta yaitu Andrawina Restaurant, Social Affair, Cork & Screw, Benedict, dan TGIF. Catatan penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana pengaruh deskripsi menu terhadap munculnya minat beli pada konsumen. Berdasarkan nilai t : diketahui t hitung sebesar 10.739 > t tabel 1.976, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Menu Deskripsi (X) berpengarugh terhadap variabel Minat Beli (Y). / Restaurant menu is the core of restaurant strategy. The menu is also one of the customer's first impressions of a restaurant. Communication between the customer and the restaurant will be mediated by the menu, the better and clearer the description of a menu will bring up the perception and ultimately cause interest in buying the customer. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The population in this study leads to restaurant customers in Jakarta. Samples taken in this study are customers of restaurants in Jakarta, namely Andrawina Restaurant, Social Affairs, Cork & Screw, Benedict, and TGIF. This research note examines how the influence of menu descriptions on the emergence of buying interest in consumers. Based on the value of t: it is known that t count is 10,739> t table 1.976, so it can be concluded that the Menu Description (X) variable has an influence on the variable Interest in Buy (Y).
