Abstract

Masalah merokok remaja sudah menjadi hal yang biasa bagi masyarakat Indonesia sehingga tidak perlu khawatir. Kebanyakan orang dewasa yang mulai merokok pada usia remaja tidak pernah berharap menjadi kecanduan. Orang orang mulai merokok karena berbagai alasan berbeda. Merokok telah banyak diiklankan di berbagai platform seperti di video game, film, dan kartun. Representasi semacam ini mengganggu remaja. Motif merokok remaja sebagian besar tetap menjadi misteri dan tidak ada yang tidak dapat menyatakan bahwa aspek psikologis tertentu dapat menyebabkan perilaku merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan berbagai faktor risiko yang mungkin dihadapi oleh seorang sarjana Universitas; Kecenderungan kebosanan, depresi, kecemasan, stres digun akan untuk mengukur kemungkinan insiden merokok terhadap remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Generalized Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan Binary Logistic Regression sebagai model untuk memperkirakan kemungkinan perilaku merokok. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural banyak digunakan untuk ilmu-ilmu sosial karena dapat mengukur model regresi yang lebih kompleks serta analisis faktor dalam sekali jalan. / Teen smoking problem has become so common to Indonesian society that it wasn’t a bizarre thing to be concerned. Most adult who started smoking in their teens never expected to become addicted. People start smoking for a variety of different reasons. Smoking has been widely advertise on different platforms like in video games, movies, and cartoons. These kind of representations are disruptive towards teens. The motives of teen smoking is mostly remain a mystery and none could not declare that a specific psychological aspect may induce smoking behavior. This research aims to find kinds of risk factors that as a University scholar may faced; Boredom proneness, depression, anxiety, stress are used to measure the likelihood of smoking incidents toward teens. The methods used in this research is Generalized Structural Equation Modeling using Binary Logistic Model as the model to estimates the likelihood probability of smoking. Structural Equation modeling is widely used for social sciences as it can measures up more complex regression models as well as factor analysis in a single run.
