Abstract

People counter merupakan aplikasi teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk menghitung keluar masuknya orang-orang di toko. PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk (MDS) telah menerapkan teknologi ini namun akurasinya hanya 90%. MDS juga telah mengembangkan alat untuk people counter, tetapi alat tersebut memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Salah satunya adalah jangkauan kamera alat tersebut cukup sempit sehingga alat tersebut diperlukan dalam jumlah yang banyak. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi biaya pemasangan dan biaya perawatan alat tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi people counter berbasis CCTV untuk MDS. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi people counter dengan memanfaatkan CCTV yang telah terpasang di toko-toko MDS. Sistem ini dikembangkan berbasis website dan program people counter dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Pemodelan sistem seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, dan class diagram menggunakan notasi UML versi 2.5. Dalam metode pengembangan sistem, digunakan metode prototyping. Sistem ini merupakan prototype dan proof of concept untuk pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan pengembangan sistem selanjutnya. Secara umum, sistem ini memiliki fitur untuk mengolah data video CCTV yang akan user unggah agar menghasilkan data pelanggan yang keluar dan masuk toko. Fitur dashboard juga disediakan agar user dapat melihat informasi yang didapatkan dari data people counter tersebut. Terdapat juga fitur untuk menambah, mengubah, atau menghapus data lokasi toko dan pengguna. / People counter is an information technology application that is used to calculate the entry and exit of people in stores. PT Matahari Department Store, Tbk (MDS) has implemented this technology but its accuracy is only 90%. MDS has also developed a tool for people counters, but the tool has several drawbacks. One of them is the camera's range of equipment is quite narrow so that the device is needed in large quantities. This can affect the installation costs and maintenance costs for the tool. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a CCTV-based people counter information system for MDS. The purpose of this research is to design a people counter information system by utilizing CCTV installed in MDS stores. This system was developed based on websites and people counter programs were developed using the Python programming language. System modeling such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams using UML notation version 2.5. In the system development method, prototyping method is used. This system is a prototype and proof of concept for consideration in taking the next system development decision. In general, this system has a feature to process CCTV video data that users will upload to produce customer data that goes in and out of the store. The dashboard feature is also provided so that users can see information obtained from the people counter data. There are also features to add, change, or delete store and user location data.
