Abstract

Hasil laporan magang dari PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk ini memaparkan proses selama berkegiatan magang di perusahaan Alfamart pada bagian Human Resource dan Franchise Marketing. Terdapat tiga fokus pada laporan magang dari dua divisi yang berbeda yaitu memaparkan mengenai Key Performance Indicator, Job Description dan Performance Appraisal pada divisi Franchise Business Development dan Franchise Relations. Pada performance appraisal terdapat metode yang penulis sarankan yaitu metode graphic rating scale. Antara Key Performance Indicator, Job Description, dan Performance Appraisal memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat erat satu dengan yang lainnya untuk menunjang keberhasilan dari perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan dalam rentan waktu setiap empat bulan namun menurut penulis rentan waktu yang baik dilakukan setiap bulan dengan tujuan menghindari diakhir periode target tidak tercapai. Ketika ketiga hal tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik maka tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai.
