Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dampak dari atmosfir toko seperti kebersihan, musik, aroma, suhu, pencahayaan, warna, dan tampilan atau tata letak akan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. 1) cleanliness berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. 2) music berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. 3) scent berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. 4) temperature berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. 5) lighting berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. 6) color berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. 7) display or layout berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini target populasi adalah pengunjung Giant Jakarta dan Tangerang dalam kurun waktu bulan Agustus, September, Oktober 2019 dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebesar 413 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cleanliness berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, music berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, scent tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, temperature berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, lighting berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, color berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention, display or layout berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.
