Abstract

This research is intended to test whether self efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and digital literacy has a postive impact towards the intention to use an application, especially a booking service application. This research is aimed for consumers who are likely to use the booking service application, namely Honda customers who have started this application whereby the researchers conducted an analysis in Jakarta's local dealer with a total of 309 respondents achieved. This analysis uses PLS-SEM through an application called SmartPLS 3.2.7. The result of this study indicates the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, digital literacy does have a positive impact towards Intention to Use, whereas the variable self efficacy does not have an influence towards perceive usefulness and digital literacy moderation variables do not strengthen the variables of perceived usefulness and intention to use. / Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji apakah efikasi diri, manfaat yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, risiko yang dirasakan, dan literasi digital memiliki dampak positif terhadap niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi, terutama aplikasi layanan pemesanan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk konsumen yang cenderung menggunakan aplikasi layanan pemesanan, yaitu pelanggan Honda yang telah memulai aplikasi ini di mana para peneliti melakukan analisis di dealer lokal Jakarta dengan total 309 responden tercapai. Analisis ini menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui aplikasi yang disebut SmartPLS 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kegunaan yang dirasakan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, literasi digital memang memiliki dampak positif terhadap Intention to Use, sedangkan variabel self efficacy tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan dan variabel moderasi literasi digital tidak memperkuat. variabel manfaat yang dirasakan dan niat untuk digunakan.
