Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect stock prices such as debt, equity, debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), total asset turnover (TATO). This research was created to assist investors in investing through the relationship between capital structure factors and financial ratios that affect stock prices. This study uses eviews software to test the hypothesis. The population of this study is 100 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and publish financial reports and have active shares for 9 years from 2010 to 2018. Using the purposive sampling method and panel data regression The results showed that debt, debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), total asset turnover (TATO) had a positive effect on determining stock prices. In additional, it was found that the adjusted R square value was 47.86%. This means that 52.14% is explained by other variables outside the model. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham seperti utang, ekuitas, debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), return on asset (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), total asset turnover (TATO. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk membantu investor dalam berinvestasi melalui hubungan antara faktor struktur modal dan rasio keuangan yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan software eviews untuk menguji hipotesisnya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 100 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan mempublikasikan laporan keuangan serta memiliki saham aktif selama 9 tahun mulai tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2018. Menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan regresi data panel Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa utang, debt to equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), return on asset (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), total asset turnover (TATO) berpengaruh positif terhadap penentuan harga saham. Selain itu diperoleh bahwa nilai adjusted R square adalah 47.86 %. Ini berarti sebesar 52.14 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model.
