Abstract

Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar adalah toko yang menjual bahan-bahan bangunan. Toko bangunan ini juga memiliki banyak kompetitor sehingga Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar perlu terus dikembangkan, terutama untuk mengurangi kelemahan-kelemahannya. Masalah utama dari toko ini adalah sistem pencatatan inventori dan transaksi pada Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan mencatat data pada buku dan menggunakan bon sehingga tingkat efisiensi dan akurasi data di toko masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web pada Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar untuk menagnani transaksi dan inventori menggunakan metode autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development dengan metode prototyping. Pemodelan yang digunakan adalah pemodelan standar yaitu Unified Model Language 2.5 yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram dan class diagram, dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk merancang dan mengelola website ini adalah PHP dan menggunakan sistem basis data MariaDB. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang meningkatkan performa pada Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar dengan data forecasting. Aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam proses transaksi, pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang dengan dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Sistem juga mengurangi terjadinya kecurangan pada Toko Bangunan Bintang Fajar. Data laporan yang divisualisasikan juga dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan untuk melakukan restock barang dan membeli barang yang laris lebih banyak di bulan berikutnya./ Bintang Fajar Building Shop is a shop that sells building materials. This building shop also has many competitors, so the Bintang Fajar Building Shop needs to be continuously developed, especially to reduce its weaknesses. The main disadvantage of this store is that the inventory recording and transaction systems at Bintang Fajar Building Shop are still done manually, namely by recording data on books and using bills so that the level of efficiency and transparency of the shop is still lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based transaction and inventory system at the Bintang Fajar Building Shop that uses autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) method and uses the Rapid Application Development method with the prototyping method. The modeling used for the application is standard modeling, namely the Unified Language Model 2.5 which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. And the programming language used to design and manage this website is PHP and this data storage system stored in the MySQL database. The results of this study are an application that improves the perfomance at Bintang Fajar Building Shop with forecasting data. This application can make it easier for users in the transaction process and the process of entering and discharging goods to be done computerically. The system could also reduce occurrence cheating on the Bintang Fajar Building Shop. This visualized report data can also useful for decision making process to restock goods and buy items that are selling more in the following month.
