Abstract

Jumlah perawat dan dokter masih didominasi oleh wanita. Jumlah dokter di Bali pada tahun 2016 sebanyak 701 orang, 266 orang berjenis kelamin pria dan 271 orang berjenis kelamin wanita. Untuk jenis kelamin perawat masih didominasi oleh wanita sebanyak 256.326 orang dan pria sebanyak 130.013 orang. Banyak dokter dan perawat wanita akhirnya memutuskan untuk tidak bekerja dan di rumah setelah mereka menikah dikarenakan pekerjaan suami, mengurus anak dan rumah, tetapi ada beberapa ada yang tetap bekerja. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover pekerja medis khususnya dokter dan perawat wanita sebagai kasus pada Rumah Sakit Umum Surya Husadha Ubung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua metode pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Narasumber terbagi menjadi empat kategori, kategori I terdiri dari perawat dan dokter wanita yang sudah keluar, kategori II terdiri dari perawat dan dokter wanita yang ingin keluar, kategori III terdiri dari manajemen medis dan keperawatan, dan kategori IV terdiri dari direktur Rumah Sakit Umum Surya Husadha Ubung. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa masalah individu yang terjadi seperti suami yang pindah kerja, program anak, melanjutkan studi mendorong narasumber keluar. Masalah fee BPJS juga menjadi penyebab utama dokter keluar dan jaga malam yang memberatkan juga menjadi salah satunya. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan bagi Manajemen Rumah Sakit Umum Surya Husadha Ubung mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover pekerja medis wanita khususnya dokter dan perawat. / The number of nurses and doctors is still dominated by women. The number of doctors in Bali in 2016 was 701 people, 266 men and 271 women. For nurses, there were still 256,326 women and 130,013 men. Many female doctors and nurses finally decide not to work and stay at home after they get married due to husband's work, take care their child and housekeeping work, but there are some who continue to work. This study identifies the factors that influence the turnover of medical workers, especially doctors and female nurses as a case at the Surya Husadha Ubung General Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach using two methods of data collection, interviews and observations. The speakers were divided into four categories, category I consisted of nurses and female doctors who had left, category II consisted of nurses and female doctors who wanted to leave, category III consisted of medical and nursing management, and category IV consisted of the director of Surya Husadha General Hospital Ubung . The results of this study found individual problem that force them to turnover are baby program, continue study, and husband get move to another job. BPJS fee problem are the most problem that get doctor turnover and night shift. This research is expected to provide insight for the Management of Surya Husadha Ubung General Hospital regarding the factors that influence the turnover of female medical workers, especially doctors and nurses.
