Abstract

By 2034 there will be a massive population growth in Indonesia with astonishing total of 303.996,70 lives, making business spaces an important aspect in their lives. With the amount of demand in the market, there are a lot of ways to advertise available business place to potential customer. One of the ways is through website and focus on visual appeal of each room through image. The challenges the company has to face is how to compile message clearly to persuade customer to act a certain behavior. One of the companies that use this strategy is XWORK. XWORK use compelling image to advertise their business room facility and services. The intern work for four months at XWORK as client relation associate intern whose main task is to handle, explain and advertise XWORK to the market. The intern has contributed in a lot of sales visit and become one of XWORK representative in handling investor. At the end of the internship, the intern concluded that the conveyance of message through images has different outcome from each individual because of different perception. The intern also realized that the use of image as a mean to persuade customer worked efficiently. / Diperkirakan pada tahun 2034 akan terjadinya pertumbuhan penduduk besar-besaran dengan total 303.996,70 jiwa, membuat ruang bisnis menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan adanya peningkatan akan kebutuhan ruangan, banyak cara yang tersedia untuk mengiklankan ruang bisnis yang tersedia kepada pelanggan potensial. Salah satu cara yaitu melalui situs web dan berfokus kepada daya tarik visual tiap ruangan melalui object gambar. Tantangan yang harus dihadapi adalah bagaimana perusahaan menyusun pesan secara jelas untuk membujuk pelanggan melakukan tingkah laku tertentu. Salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan cara ini adalah XWORK. XWORK menggunakan gambar yang menarik untuk memasarkan daya tarik ruang bisnis yang mereka miliki. Pemagang bekerja selama empat bulan sebagai client relation associate yang memiliki tugas utama untuk menangani, menjelaskan dan memasarkan XWORK ke khalayak luas. Pemagang telah berkontribusi dalam menjelaskan, membujuk klien dan telah mewakili XWORK dalam menghadapi penanam modal. Di akhir program magang, pemagang dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penyampaian pesan melalui gambar membawa hasil yang berbeda pada tiap individu dikarenakan perbedaan pendapat. Pemagang juga menyadari bahwa penggunaan gambar sebagai alat untuk membujuk pelanggan bekerja dengan sangat efisien.
