Abstract

Toko YAN adalah toko sembako yang menjalankan bisnisnya dengan cara konvensional yaitu dengan memanfaatkan buku catatan dalam tiap aktivitas jual beli barang. Dengan cara konvensional seperti ini banyak ditemukan kekurangan saat menjalankan bisnisnya, seperti proses pembelian barang yang baru dapat dilakukan setelah melakukan pemeriksaan ketersedian barang dalam gudang dan terjadinya penumpukan atau kekurangan jumlah barang karena adanya kesalahan toko dalam memperkirakan barang yang akan terjual dalam bulan tersebut. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu serta mengatasi kukurangan yang ada dalam toko. Dilakukanlah penerapan sistem informasi untuk forecasting pemesanan barang berbasis web diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk dapat membantu mengelola bisnis toko sembako YAN. Sistem informasi untuk forecasting pemesanan barang berbasis web ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode triple exponential smoothing. Bahasa pemrograman sistem yang digunakan adalah PHP. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan Sistem Informasi untuk forecasting pemesanan barang berbasis web yang dapat mendukung proses pengadaan barang untuk Toko YAN pada bulan selanjutnya dan membantu dalam pengelolaan inventory. Sistem ini mencakup fitur untuk mengelola data barang, mengelola transaksi penjualan dan transaksi pembelian, pemberian saran mengenai pengadaan barang bulan selanjutnya, mengelola pegawai dan mengelola barang yang diretur. Hasil implementasi sistem ini dapat mengurangi jumlah kelebihan atau kekurangan barang dan mempersingkat waktu baik dalam transaksi pembelian maupun transaksi penjulan. / The YAN shop is a grocery store that runs its business in a conventional way, namely by utilizing a notebook in every activity of buying and selling goods. With conventional methods like this many found deficiencies when running a business, such as a process of purchasing new goods can be done after checking the availability of goods in the warehouse and the accumulation or lack of goods due to shop errors in estimating items to be sold in that month. For that, we need a system that can help and overcome the problems in the store. The implementation of information systems for forecasting web-based goods orders are expected to be a solution to be able to help manage the YAN groceries business. This information system for forecasting ordering of web-based goods is developed using the triple exponential smoothing method. The system programming language used is PHP. From this research, Information System for forecasting webbased goods ordering is produced which can support the process of procuring goods for YAN Stores in the following month and helps in managing inventory. This system includes features to manage item data, manage sales transactions and purchase transactions, provide advice on procurement of goods the following month, manage employees and manage returned goods. The results of the implementation of this system can reduce the amount of excess or lack of goods and shorten the time both in purchase transactions and sales transactions.
