Abstract

FIFA telah menjatuhkan sanksi terhadap PSSI karena pemerintah telah dianggap melakukan intervensi kepada anggotanya. Pemerintah melalui kemenpora berupaya untuk mencabut sanksi tersebut dengan melakukan diplomasi kepada pihak yang terkait yaitu FIFA. Penulis mempunyai pertayaaan penelitian bagaimana penggunaan diplomasi dalam penyelesaian sanksi FIFA terhadap PSSI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemerintah Indonesia melakukan diplomasi dengan FIFA agar sanksi tersebut dapat dicabut. Mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana Indonesia bisa mendapatkan sanksi dari FIFA lalu melihat bagaimana respons pemerintah Indonesia mengenai sanksi FIFA terhadap PSSI dan juga menganalisis dan memahami bagaimana penggunaan diplomasi dalam upaya pencabutan sanksi FIFA terhadap PSSI Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka yang digunakan diambil jurnal,buku, dan media-media online yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deksriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Diplomasi yang dilakukan tidak hanya melibatkan pemerintah namun juga non-government (PSSI), Private Citizen (Suporter), dan Media (Social Media). Namun dari diplomasi yang telah dilakukan peran government dan non-government adalah yang paling berpengaruh. Kemenpora mempunyai peran sebagai pihak ketiga untuk melakukan diplomasi antara FIFA dengan pemerintah Indonesia. Sedangkan PSSI berperan dengan membentuk sebuah tim bernama Tim Ad-Hoc PSSI, Tim ini mempunyai tugas untuk mereformasi kebijakan di lima bidang utama. / FIFA has imposed sanctions on PSSI because the government has considered intervening with its members. the government through the Ministry of Youth and Sport tried to find a way out to revoke the sanctions by conducting diplomacy with FIFA. The author also has a research question on how to use diplomacy in resolving FIFA sanctions against PSSI. the purpose of this research is to know and analyzing how Indonesia can get sanctions from FIFA, then See how the Indonesian Government's response regarding FIFA sanctions against PSSI and also Analyze and understand how the use of diplomacy in efforts to revoke FIFA sanctions against PSSI. This research using qualitative approach, all data in this research gained from secondary data through literature review. According to the result of the research, the diplomacy that has been carried out does not only involve the government but also non-government, private citizens, and the media. However, from the diplomacy that has been carried out the role of government and non-government is the most successful The Ministry of Youth and Sport has a role as a third party to conduct diplomacy between FIFA and the Indonesian government. While PSSI has a role by forming a team called the Ad-Hoc PSSI team, this team has the task of reforming policies in five main areas.
