Abstract

Kebutuhan wanita akan perhiasan telah menjadi gaya hidup wanita sekarang, inilah yang menjadi landasan utama penulis dalam perancangan perhiasan ini. Dengan memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya hidup pengguna baik dari dalam dan luar, serta mempertimbangkannya pada tren yang sedang berlangsung sekarang. Maka hadirlah koleksi perhiasan yang terdiri dari kalung, anting dan gelang dengan memanfaatkan material limbah tutup botol minuman. Limbah tutup botol diolah dengan menggunakan teknik compression molding, menjadi modul – modul dengan warna dan corak yang menarik. Yang kemudian digabungkan pada bindings perhiasan dengan material perak. Memanfaatkan material limbah plastik dengan tujuan turut mengurangi jumlah limbah plastik yang ada, serta mendorong orang – orang untuk lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan tertuma pada masalah limbah plastik ini. Maka dari itu, penulis merancang perhiasan yang inovatif, unik dan menarik. Baik dari segi material, desain, maupun pengoperasiannya. Perhiasan yang berfokus pada modul – modul plastik sebagai poin utama dengan bentuk geometris yang disesuaikan pada pengguna dan tren yang berlangsung dan dibalut dengan dua tampilan berbeda yang dapat disesuaikan pengguna untuk memenuhi kegiatannya sehari – hari. / Women's need for jewelry has become a woman's lifestyle now, this is the main foundation in the design of this jewelry. By taking into account the factors that influence the lifestyle of users both from within and outside, and consider them in the current trends. Then comes the jewelry collection which consists of necklaces, earrings and bracelets by utilizing the waste bottle cap waste material. Waste bottle caps are processed using compression molding techniques, becoming modules with attractive colors and patterns. Which is then combined in jewelry bindings with silver material. Utilizing plastic waste materials with the aim of helping to reduce the amount of plastic waste that exists, and encourage people to be more concerned about the environment especially at this problem of plastik waste. Therefore, the authors design innovative, unique and attractive jewelry. Both in terms of material, design, and operation. Jewelry that focuses on plastic modules as the main points with geometric shapes that are tailored to the user and trends that take place and are wrapped in two different displays that users can adjust to meet their daily activities.
