Abstract

Berlanjut denga adanya tugas magang lalu, penulis ditugaskan untuk merancang satu set perabotan kamar tidur berbahan rotan dengan tujuan untuk di pamerankan pada pameran IFEX yang akan diadakan pada tahun ini dan juga merancang perabotan kamar tidur yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Penulis merancang perabotan kamar tidur dengan gaya Scandinavian Urnes. Perabotan kamar tidur bergaya Scandinavian Urnes dengan menggunakan bahan rotan. Indonesia merupakan pemasok 80% pasokan rotan dunia, tiap tahun nilai dari ekspor rotan terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun sehingga mempengaruhi devisa bagi masyarakat Indonesia. / Progressing on the involved internship program, the writer of this paper is assigned to develop one set of bedroom’s rattan furniture that is planned to be displayed in the IFEX Exhibition 2020, and to develop one set of bedroom furniture as according to the standard from the related company. The writer is assigned to develop a rattan product with Scandinavian Urnes style. Indonesia itself supplies 80% of the whole world rattan material, and each year, the export value of rattan material continues to grow year by year, which also helps to improve the performance of Indonesia’s foreign exchange.
