Abstract

Sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas data secara cepat dan tepat dalam perusahaan. Sekolah musik Prelude dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya masih mengolah sistem informasi keuangan secara manual. Hal ini membuat pengelola sulit dalam mencari data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan secara cepat. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu proses penyimpanan dan pengolahan data keuangan pada Prelude dengan lebih cepat dan akurat menggunakan Microsoft Access. Metode perancangan sistem informasi yang digunakan yaitu system development life cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari empat tahap. Tahap planning ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi sistem saat ini dan kebutuhan sistem secara functional dan nonfunctional. Tahap analysis dilakukan dengan pembuatan functional model (use-case diagram, use case description, activity diagram) dan structural model (class diagram). Tahap desain berisi mengenai dekomposisi program dan perancangan user interface (menu, button, form, report) yang terdapat dalam sistem. Tahap implementation and testing adalah pengujian sistem usulan yang telah dibuat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan black-box testing dan kuesioner PIECES framework. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu hasil perancangan sistem keuangan Prelude terdiri dari 30 form, 29 report dan 44 query. Pengguna sistem yaitu admin dan manager sekolah. Menurut hasil PIECES framework dapat diketahui terdapat peningkatan performa sistem lama ke sistem usulan sebesar 33%. / An integrated information system can improve data accessibility quickly and precisely within the company. Prelude's music school in carrying out its business activities still manages the financial information system manually. This makes it difficult for users to find the data and information needed quickly. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system that can help the process of storing and processing financial data on Prelude more quickly and accurately using Microsoft Access. The information system design method used is the system development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of four stages. The planning phase is intended to identify the current system and system requirements in a functional and nonfunctional manner. Analysis phase is done by making functional models (use-case diagrams, use case descriptions, activity diagrams) and structural models (class diagrams). The design phase contains the program decomposition and designing the user interface (menu, button, form, report) contained in the system. The implementation and testing stage is testing the system of proposals that have been made. Tests are carried out using black-box testing and PIECES framework questionnaires. The conclusion that can be taken is the results of Prelude's financial system design consisting of 30 forms, 29 reports and 44 queries. System users, namely the admin and school manager. According to the results of the PIECES framework it can be seen that there is an increase in the performance of the old system to the proposed system by 33%.
