Abstract

Perpustakaan menurut fungsinya memosisikan diri sebagai tempat yang menyediakan berbagai pengetahuan dan informasi. Dalam lingkup masyarakat, perpustakaan sering disebut sebagai wadah untuk pembelajaran. Ini berarti perpustakaan memiliki peranan penting di dalam masyarakat. Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Tangerang yang didesain dengan nyaman haruslah memperhatikan nuansa yang dibawakan. Perencanaan desain interior Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Tangerang berdasarkan analisa dan observasi objek desain, wawancara pengguna perpustakaan dan staf perpustakaan. Sedangkan studi pustaka, jurnal dan referensi buku tentang perpustakaan, wawasan dunia Kristen merupakan cara mencari data pendukung, standar desain dan referensi objek yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan antropologi dan analisa desain tersebut, hasil yang diperoleh berupa konsep perencanaan Perpustakaan umum daerah Tangerang dengan suasana yang kondusif dan edukatif. Konsep dari adanya wawasan dunia Kristen pada desain yang sudah ada digunakan untuk menambahkan dan mengingatkan mengenai penciptaan. Sedangkan, konsep edukatif adalah bersifat mendidik dan mengajarkan. Diharapkan desain yang sudah ada dapat memberi tuntunan dan pimpinan mengenai , cinta kasih dan kepedulian terhadap sesama kepada orang lain. / Libraries according to their function position themselves as a place that provides a variety of knowledge and information. In the sphere of society, libraries are often referred to as containers for learning. This means the library has an important role in society. Tangerang Regional Public Library which is designed comfortably must pay attention to the nuances that are delivered. The planning of the interior design of the Tangerang Regional Public Library is based on the analysis and observation of design objects, interviews of library users and library staff. While library studies, journals and book references about libraries, Christian worldview is a way to find supporting data, design standards and object references needed. Based on the anthropology and design analysis, the results obtained are in the form of the concept of planning the Tangerang Public Library in a conducive and educative atmosphere. The concept of a Christian worldview on an existing design is used to add and remind about creation. Meanwhile, the educational concept is to educate and teach. It is hoped that existing designs can provide guidance and leadership regarding, love and care for others to others.
