Abstract

Komunikasi di dalam perusahaan seharusnya dapat mengakomodir seluruh pesan yang ingin disampaikan dari segala posisi kepada posisi lainnya, baik secara downward, upward, horizontal, dan diagonal. Namun sering waktu, terjadi kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pesan tersebut. Komunikasi internal yang tidak fektif akan menghambat pekerjaan karyawan karena mereka menjadi tidak terkoordinir, serta besar kemungkinan mereka memiliki ketidakpahaman akan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan sehingga mereka menjadi tidak bersemangat atau buruk di dalam kinerjanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, serta metode survey, metode dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada 34 karyawan tetap PT Cipta Integra Duta. Data diolah dengan uji reliabilitas, uji analisis univariat, anallisis bivariat dengan uji regresi. Data performa karyawan diperoleh dari dokumen Performance Appraisal resmi dari PT Cipta Integra Duta. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dilihat bahwa saluran komunikasi internal PT Cipta Integra Duta sudah dapat memenuhi fungsinya dengan baik, namun korelasi langsung antara saluran komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Cipta Integra Duta tidak terlalu signifikan/Communication within the company should be able to accommodate the entire messages intended to be delivered from one position to any other positions, through downward, upward, horizontal, and diagonal channels. But often times,there are difficulties in delivering the message. Ineffective internal commmunications will hamper the work of employees as they become less coordinated, and more likely will not understand their roles and responsibilities given. This will cause the lost of working spirit and poor performance. Data collection is done with technique of librarianship, as well as survey method, documentation method, and interview. Questionnaires are distributed to 34 permanent employees of PT Cipta Integra Duta. Then, data being processed with reliability, univariate analysis, and regression test for bivariate analysis. Employee’s performance data was acquired through official documents of PT Cipta Integra Duta. From the research result, it can be seen that the internal communications channels of PT Cipta Integra Duta have been able to fulfill its functions properly, but a direct correlation between internal communications channels and PT Cipta Integra Duta employee’s performance is not too significant
